Welcome to Carleton Co-op Apartments! Carleton Co-op is a 47-unit senior community in the small, rural town of Carleton, Michigan. It is conveniently located within five miles of the 1-275 expressway, in northern Monroe county. Carleton Co-op is nationally recognized as, “A Community of Quality,” by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. The property was completed in 1993 and provides apartments for ages 62+. The co-op represents the enjoyment and freedom that comes with affordable living.
