"My mother was at Conway Lakes Health & Rehabilitation Center for three weeks. She's been there a couple of times this year. She is in and out of there. The place is very friendly. They have a lot of staff, and they care. I don't have any complaints. My mother has a shared room. I think the private rooms there are limited. This is the rehab center, but they have another section that is long-term. The times that my mom is there are for therapy, speech therapy, and wound care, and if they need to do a blood test, they do that, too. Aside from therapy, they have a dining room area, and a little living room area where they could be together and watch TV, and they have activities during the month, especially during the holidays. For the meals, if you know you're going to be there with a family member, you could let them know 24 hours in advance so that you could buy them a meal for you to share at the time they're having lunch. They have a nice way of bringing in family members to the community. "

"I have my mom in Courtyards, and everybody there is really nice. I don't have any problems with them. If and when there's an issue, they call me up and let me know what's going on. My mom seems happy. The staff is really good, friendly, answer all of my questions, and if they're too busy, always call me back. They always have something different going on between movie night, bingo night, and card night. They're always doing something, which is good. The rooms are nice. My mom shares the room with somebody else, which is good for her because she has somebody to talk to. She's happy. The pricing is fine,and compared to other facilities, it's a lot more reasonable. I guess the food's OK because she's not complaining. She's Italian, so if the food wasn't good, I'd be hearing about it. "

Especially because I live in another state over 1,000 miles away. They are attentive and always keep me up to date, especially during this Covid19 lockdown. "We visited the Azalea Manor assisted living facility while searching for a place for my friend's mother to live in the area. The outside was very nicely maintained. The grounds offer easy access for residents, where they can enjoy walking around freely safely each day. We could see that there is also plenty of space to have cookouts, parties and picnics. The foyer was fresh and bright with very nice decorations and furniture. All of the indoor rooms had plenty of fresh air and light. Each room was beautifully decorated and furnished. The colors throughout the building were soothing and comfortable. Communal activity rooms were spacious, with comfortable furniture. The seniors can easily socialize, make crafts, play games, watch TV and films and participate in many stimulating activities. The private rooms featured plenty of space in nicely decorated surroundings. All had a great deal of natural light and fresh air with very comfortable furniture. We liked the dining areas, which featured a pleasant atmosphere and lots of food choices. The food looked and smelled appetizing. The menus all had healthy food options for all kinds of diets. Healthy snacks are offered all day and into the evening, as well as whenever residents request them. The facility can accommodate all levels of ambulation. Seniors can use the exercise room at any time and also go on daily walks. Aerobics and yoga classes are offered. The residents go on trips to visit the many cultural venues, eat at casual and fine restaurants and enjoy the many local events offered. The residents all appeared very content in this living environment with kind and considerate staff. "

"My studio apartment is very adequate for my needs. It also has a beautiful view over the lake which inspires me to use both my gifts of writing and painting. (both acquired after moving here) I have made friends by being active in the art class and writing classes. The food is great and there are always activities for everyone. I highly recommend this living facility."

"My experience at Metro- West was good my physcial therapy team Ortishia o/t Alex p/t and Alba o/t were very nice and patient therapy. They work very hard to get me mobile ,and Jennifer the director of rehab use to stop by my room every morning to say good morning. My wound care nurse Zilla was so loving and caring She really honestly care about me and my health well being.My social service coordinator Chris show me a lot of love and respect doing my time at the facilities and doing my departure to make sure every thing went right ."

"My dad was at this location for a few months . From the first tour my husband and i were very impressed. The staff is long term and full of pride in their jobs and the facility. We call it a place where angels walk the halls. I loved this place and my dad felt safe there. The care he received was great . All of the staff was wonderful and it would be hard to pick favorites but the cna, Connie the rt Janice and the nurse Mike will always have a special place in my heart. "

"AdventHealth Care Center Orlando North (Formerly Adventist Care Centers Courtland) is a nice facility. My mother has a sitter because the residents can come and go as they please. With her current condition, if there wasn't a sitter there, she'd be out in the middle of the street, so they have to keep an eye on her. The menu looks very good, and the staff is very good. They have an excellent therapy room."

"The Rehab Center of Winter Park is a very caring nursing home. The care is very good and they work hard to be nice to residents. As a person that spent almost every day there for the last eight years, I know the staff and their heart is in the right place. The activities are fun and there are many things for residents to do including outings of shopping and restaurants. They have a lovely fine dining event every few months where the residents get dressed up and are served a fine meal by staff. There are social gatherings and visits. Everybody knows everybody. The rooms are nice and very clean. The staff works hard to keep the place clean and pleasant. Everyone is helpful. The PT, Speech, and OT are wonderful and do a great job. I appreciate the kindness they gave my mother and my uncle. It is a nice place with good people. Their work is appreciated. "

"My experience with ManorCare began with a total right knee replacement revision with a patellar tendon tear. So I came to the facility in an immobilization brace and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I felt an immediate sense of relief, as I knew they would take care of my "Total well being emotional, physical, mental, occupational ,and physical therapy are top Notch.
