By submitting a request and invitation to us to be contacted about Senior Services Providers or senior care information more generally, you agree and consent to be contacted by mail, e-mail, phone call or text by up to twelve Senior Services Providers, the operator of this web site, and each of their agents and partner companies, regarding your request. Your agreement, invitation and consent to receive these phone calls and text messages at the number you provide applies and is valid even if the phone number you provide is listed, or in the future becomes listed, on a federal, state or local do-not-call registry, list or directory, including, but not limited to, the National Do-Not-Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Children's Personal Information Caring.com does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 13. If we find out that we have such personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
