My mother was a staying here recovering from a broken hip. When she arrived they put her in a bed that was soaked with pee. I was there when she tried to call for some water. It took over 3 hours for them to bring her a glass of water! Her medications were not correctly dispensed. Being given at all different time, if at all. Some needed to be taken with food and she had to keep telling them to bring them back when she ate. Good luck getting pain meds. The food is poor. They are feeding the cheapest meals they can make regardless of any diet restrictions. Grilled cheese and fry's for dinner for a diabetic! They do not communicate with the family, even though POA is in effect. They also do not return phone calls.

My mother stayed at this facility for 18 days and the lack of communication and care was awful. She was left to sit in her own urine for hours to the point that she was wet from her knees to her chest. Staff would tell her we just changed you and would walk away for hours knowing that she was sitting in urine or feces. The doctor didn't communicate with her surgeon, the staff at the facility, her or me which lead to issues with her care. When I questioned why the doctor wasn't returning calls to the surgeon he threaten to discharge my mother and dump her in an ER. There is no way for a patient to ask for help other than a squeeze bulb that makes a light come on over the door. The average wait time for someone to and see what was needed was 2 hours. They say you can come anytime but the front door is always locked and many times we would be left standing there waiting for someone to let us in or out.

rooms very small and crowded, nursing staff after 6:oo virtually non-existent -prepare to wait an hour or two. Had neck surgery and spine surgery, nurses didn't care when they changed bedding ( not often ) almost rolled me out of bed twice. Loud TV's all night. Food was worst I have ever been served, Couldn't tell what the meat( ? ) was -soggy waffles-Eggs( ? ) terrible, haddd my wife bring me food. Told theem every day- NO SCRAMBLED EGGS NOR OATMEAL, so everyday got eggs and oatmeal. Had about 1 hour of rehab in 7 days until I dismisssed myself. Horrible experience

This was a 5 Star facility at one point. Things operated well and there were few problems. Over the past six months the staff changes have caused numerous issues. There is a constant revolving door of Aides and support staff. Staff is not trained well and supervision is lacking. English is not always used between staff in the wings. Following my mother’s visit she was admitted to the hospital for a number of issues which should have been observed while she was a resident of MetroWest. I would run not walk from this facility.
Watching out from Mom!

Thank you Metro West Nursing & Rehab Team for the excellent job you did with my mother who was there with you for about 3-weeks for therapy after knee surgery. The facility was clean and the staff so knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I must admit I was concerned about leaving my mother in the hands of a Skilled Nursing Facility buy so glad I brought her to Metro West. It is no wonder that your facility is a Joint Commission Approved facility. My mother is doing so well and we have the Metro West Nursing & Rehab Team to thank for it.

Metro West Nursing and Rehab Center was pretty nice. The staff were so nice, very helpful, gave us a tour and explained everything. They had a media room, a library, a little garden, and the rehab area. They provide three meals a day.

This is the absolute worse place on the earth to put your family. My relative went in with clean unarmed skin and started getting pressure ulcers and bedsores and broken down skin. The staff if extremely rude and so is administration!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!! And they have a large amount of roaches in the beds, flours and drawers

My grandfather was admitted at this facility after a mild stroke for rehabiitation. The staff was very freindly and understanding of our very large family as all of us came to visit. The speak therapist they brought in was great. My grandfather was also appreciative of the daily activities. I personally liked the staff that was assigned to him. He was a very big man and they did everything possible to both help him, but keep him comfortable and even brought in special equipment to accomodate his size. Overall I felt he was in gods hands at this facility. I would recommend to a friend.
