I just got out of rehab at Winter Park Care & Rehabilitation Center. I just love that the staff is very professional and the physical therapy people are excellent. The food was good, it was nutritious and the serving sizes were great. They do activities every day, they have board games, they have outdoor time, and they have music. They have an outdoor patio that's all fenced and attended by staff.

It's my opinion the state should come in and shut this place down. The care is horrible. You can ring your buzzer over and over and they don't come. I don't believe they have any clue what they are doing

Where do I begin to tell you all the wonderful things the staff have done for my father. We placed him at WP Care and Rehab in January and his health has improved significantly. He loves the attention he gets. Leslie in admissions is an angel - seriously. The nurses down to the janitors/maintenance staff are so nice. I have never smelled urine. The facility is clean. I am so pleased that he is there and I highly recommend this facility for your loved one. I do not have one negative thing to say.

My mom is at Winter Park Care. We chose them because they were covered by her insurance and they had availability at that time. The rooms are adequate. However, they are a little small and they don't have a lot of room for company to sit in the room. They have activities there. They have all types of stuff that my mom is engaged in. My mom likes it very much. As a matter, she likes it much better than the other place she was in.

We visited Winter Park Care & Rehabilitation Center because my sister came across it through the Internet. It was an old place and the rooms were old yet it was very clean and well-kept. The staff were very amenable. There was even a minister as member of the staff. The facility seemed to offer what the residents needed. We talked to some of the residents and they were happy with the place. I would suggest they try to modernize the place a little bit.
