"My wife was a patient at the facility for about one month. The staff were very attentive, friendly and my wife made significant progress with her treatment. The staff ensured that her social needs were attended to. They had a wide range of social and recreation activities that made her stay more enjoyable. She especially enjoyed the table games. The rooms were very nice and kept neat and clean. "

"The whole therapy team was just awesome! I owed so much of my recovery to Heidi, Quincy, Andrea and others. They were my trainers, cheerleaders and friends. Connie and Daisy are the greatest CNA's. Their kind compassionate care makes the obstacles on has to overcome, that much easier. All the healthcare team become more than caregivers. They became friends! "

"My mom given her own room rather large. The staff is very friendly and engaged with the needs of your relative. My mom had physical therapy which she could not participate because of her condition. When I would call the nurses would offer to messenger call on their phones for my mom to talk to us and see us. It was so hard when they were put on lock down almost the entire time she was there. They allowed skype calls and we also requested to see her via her room window. Reason you ask my mom is not tech savvy found it hard to use skype etc. When she was discharged, the Case manager still checks up on her. On a day we ran out of supplies on a weekend we called the facility and they were able to save the day. Oh forgot the food is very good. I would recommend this facility."

"I have my mom in Courtyards, and everybody there is really nice. I don't have any problems with them. If and when there's an issue, they call me up and let me know what's going on. My mom seems happy. The staff is really good, friendly, answer all of my questions, and if they're too busy, always call me back. They always have something different going on between movie night, bingo night, and card night. They're always doing something, which is good. The rooms are nice. My mom shares the room with somebody else, which is good for her because she has somebody to talk to. She's happy. The pricing is fine,and compared to other facilities, it's a lot more reasonable. I guess the food's OK because she's not complaining. She's Italian, so if the food wasn't good, I'd be hearing about it. "

"I went to the Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park to visit a friend. It was nice, it was clean, and the staff seemed to be friendly. The food tasted pretty good, the room was nice, they kept it clean, and each patient had a TV, but when you have a TV going on, it's not very good. They tried to work with him, they were very nice to him, and they tried to help him."

"I toured Lake Bennet Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Everything looked very good to me when I went there because they showed me all the places. They only had two beds available at that time, and I saw the people there. She showed me where they give them a shower, who can get in the shower, they have walk-in showers, and everything, and they have the lifts to lift them in. It's one of the nicest places that I have gone to."

After checking multiple facilities, I was so relieved to find one that had plenty of caring staff on duty in a facility that was older, yet still bright and cheery. More importantly, my step-father, who was in need of constant and in-depth attention was well taken care and always clean no matter what time of day I would stop by. I would highly recommend Longwood Health and Rehab for a loved one in need. "

"My mother was there both for rehab and for long term care. This place is a place of love and caring. My mother eventually passed away. The care given both during her living there and during her death process was a blessing from God. I was there throughout the nights and watched the care and attention to the residents. It was terrific. The residents are constantly changed. Bedding is constantly renewed. The infirm are constantly moved and watched over . Many of the CNA's and Nurses love God and serve Him there. My wife and I now go and visit folks weekly and everyone is friendly and kind. There is no better place for a parent or loved one. We personally know the staff there and they truly care!"

"My MIL went from rehab to Long Term Care. She is 91 and has dementia. She is not the most pleasant person to be around but the staff treat her kindly. The CNAs have the patience of saints. I honestly don't know how they do it. The rooms are older but clean and pleasant. You have the liberty of making the room as much "like home" as you can. We hung many of her favorite paintings without any problems. I make surprise visits and my MIL is always clean, fed and hydrated. Her call button is answered promptly and with a little coaxing, the staff get her to participate in activities. She has become much more pleasant to be around since moving to Ocoee Health Center and I believe it is due to the caring staff. "

"I was patient at this facility and i would love to let everyone know they were top notch i would rate them at a 10 out of 10, they provided great rehabilitation services, i loved the nursing staff and the meals were very good. Very flexible to accommodate me. I would recommend this facility to everyone. I even enjoyed the activities programs. If i were ever to be a permanent resident i am choosing them. "

"Lake Mary is a great place, very clean, friendly staff. The staff's work ethics is very good. The rooms are nice. They do exercise, they have a library there. They have a staff that is attentive. "

"Metro West Nursing and Rehab Center was pretty nice. The staff were so nice, very helpful, gave us a tour and explained everything. They had a media room, a library, a little garden, and the rehab area. They provide three meals a day. "

"I went to Guardian Care Nursing & Rehabilitation Center to visit a fellow church member. That nursing home is very clean and it smells clean. The staff must have been busy that particular day because we didn't see very many of them. The building was nice and clean. At the time we were there, the residents were watching TV. The community has a nice and quiet atmosphere."
