"My mom is currently in Winter Garden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for rehab. It's very good. The staff is very friendly. I talked to the rehab people, they're all very nice there. I see the food they give to other people and it looks good, but my mom can only eat pureed food. The rehab facility is very clean and they have people there. I saw them sterilizing the place and all of that. They always notify you of what they're going to do or what they notice and things like that. I go there every day since my mother has been there. The doctor comes out there and talks to you. When I am off work, sometimes they call me to explain if they gave her a test and what they see as her improvement or what has not improved, so they keep you well informed."

"This rehab us the best in the entire state. My husband has been in 3 during this past year. This one is fully staffed, day and night, with professional and very compassionate people. They treat patients like members of their own family. The food is better than most restaurants. They as also have 2 resident cats who love being petted. If I ever need a rehab myself, this is where I will go."

"My father is in Ocoee Health Care Center. He's been there for about a week now. It's nice, decent looking, and pretty reasonable. They have a whole list of services they are able to provide dad, so it gives me some peace of mind. The staff is really helpful. His room is homey, and he's in a shared room. They have a list of activities there. They're very helpful and very friendly. They want you to tell them what you may need, so they're very helpful. I wouldn't say it's brand new, but it looks like it's fairly new. It's easy to get from point A to point B. They were able to give me what I needed for my dad, which is immediate care. They took him in right away. They got him all set up really nice. I would say the pricing was very reasonable."

"I toured Lake Bennet Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Everything looked very good to me when I went there because they showed me all the places. They only had two beds available at that time, and I saw the people there. She showed me where they give them a shower, who can get in the shower, they have walk-in showers, and everything, and they have the lifts to lift them in. It's one of the nicest places that I have gone to."

"My mom is currently in Apopka Health and Rehabilitation Center. The walk-through went great. It's a nice and clean facility. It looked well-maintained. The rooms were clean and organized. Their staffing was OK. It was just like every other nursing center, where everyone was a little low on nurses. The food is manageable, I didn't eat it but my mom didn't care for it. In terms of value, it's really expensive."

"My mother have been a resident for several years and I could not be more satisfied with their service and care they provide my mother. Especially because I live in another state over 1,000 miles away. They are attentive and always keep me up to date, especially during this Covid19 lockdown. I would like the thank the entire staff for your exceptional service."

"The place was clean and was well provided for the clients that lived there. Most of the staff did their jobs exceptionally well but there seemed to be some staff members that did not care about the clients and did their jobs half way. Still, the clients seemed to be happy and generally well taken care of. Not too many of the clients complained but when some did it was because they wanted their medicine fast or their food. However the place seemed worthy to help assist older people in their daily lives. "

"I have my mom in Courtyards, and everybody there is really nice. I don't have any problems with them. If and when there's an issue, they call me up and let me know what's going on. My mom seems happy. The staff is really good, friendly, answer all of my questions, and if they're too busy, always call me back. They always have something different going on between movie night, bingo night, and card night. They're always doing something, which is good. The rooms are nice. My mom shares the room with somebody else, which is good for her because she has somebody to talk to. She's happy. The pricing is fine, and compared to other facilities, it's a lot more reasonable. I guess the food's OK because she's not complaining. She's Italian, so if the food wasn't good, I'd be hearing about it. "

"I really like Guardian Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The residents always come first. You can tell that they care about them. My dad has bounced back and is recovering now very well. They administer his medications and assist him with his bathing. He's happy. He is a very picky eater and only trusts his own cooking, but he is enjoying the food there. It is very flavorful and very well put together. The place is also clean. I've never seen the place dirty at all. The staff is very, very polite, too. There is a young lady from the administration office that goes to see him every day. So, my experience has been excellent. It was totally more than what I expected."

"My mother has been here for years. All of the staff from front door to nurses station are very nice and concerned for their patients. Being at this stage of life is hard enough but all staff is so very sweet to my sometimes not so sweet mother. They have always been so. I don't see or experience the negativity in other reviews. These people, especially the nursing staff are angels to me. "

"We went to AdventHealth Care Center Apopka South (Formerly Florida Living Nursing Center). Their memory care center was shut down for rehab, so we couldn't place mom there. It was a very nice facility, they provide activities, and they take them on outings. They had a nicely set up dining facility. They had a TV room and a garden area. The residents can come and go as they please, but the staff seemed very caring and attentive. The facility was very nicely set up."

"AdventHealth Care Center Orlando North (Formerly Adventist Care Centers Courtland) is a nice facility. My mother has a sitter because the residents can come and go as they please. With her current condition, if there wasn't a sitter there, she'd be out in the middle of the street, so they have to keep an eye on her. The menu looks very good, and the staff is very good. They have an excellent therapy room."

"My M goIL moved from out of town so she is very close to us. At first she didn’t want to move but knew she needed more help. The minute she arrived she loved it. It’s been 9 months . It’s not just the meals but the table talk. If she having a bad day the nurses are on it, as well as her meals can be taken to her room. There are actives and outings. We have joined mom on some outings and she really enjoys that. The travel van has a wheelchair lift so mom is not excluded. The staff is very attentive to her needs and personality. We visit often and have not met an unhappy employee. They have physical therapy, Hair Salon and pedicure on site. Some pets are allowed and can visit as well."

"Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital provides a little garden area with real food planted there. They also have outdoor rehab work, and they give you all manner of rehab there. They start in the mornings. The people that work in the rehab area are so professional, and they make rehab fun. They make sure you do as well as you can. The food was really good. My room there was clean and nice, but it was not anything spectacular."
