"We loved Harbor Chase of Dr. Phillips. We loved all of the amenities that they have. It's open and airy. They're creme de la creme. It's a beautiful place, like a high-end resort. It seemed like they had all the requirements. They've got a gym, physical therapy, a beauty salon, and all the things that would meet the needs of someone's assistance. It's fabulous. All of the apartments were spacious for one individual. They had all the amenities that you're allowed to have. The person that took me around was awesome. He was very honest, caring, polite, and professional. He was very knowledgeable of all of the levels of care that they offered. He answered all our questions very openly and honestly. The meals were outstanding. The first meal we had was salmon and it was one of the best salmon I've ever had. They have been in touch and did a follow-up. They even brought a meal to the house. It was lamb chops and they were very, very good as well. The follow-up was good and the marketing sales director lady was awesome and very polite. They were all very compassionate."

"I liked that Brookdale Wekiwa Springs had a lot more freedom because you can drive and take care of your apartment and all that kind of stuff. The staff was just friendly and helpful. It's just that for independent living, it was harder for them to get down to use all the facilities, but they have everything you need."

"My husband moved into The Grove at Trelago. It's a beautiful place. The residents are well taken care of. They engage the residents. I don't worry about my husband wandering off anywhere because they're watched. The food is excellent. The care is excellent. I have absolutely nothing but praise for them. The staff members are very caring and good with the residents. They have gardens that they can walk through, but it's still confined. Outside their apartments, they have shadow boxes into which they can put memorabilia. It's very well done. The food is outstanding. They have pools, and it looks like a resort. They keep them busy with activities."

"Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs was a very cheerful place. It was very clean. The only thing was that it just looked a little bit outdated. There were a lot of people in the lounge and everybody was very friendly. The shower was kind of outdated because it was a step up, it wasn't a walk-in shower. They had a nice PT room. They had an activities calendar that was jam-packed with art activities and pet parades. The staff that I met during the tour all followed up and they were very helpful."

"Absolutely love having my Mom and Dad here! There are not enough great things to say about this place. The caregivers go above and beyond with the help that my Dad needs. The food is always excellent and the monthly events and family nights are so much fun for everyone! They recently had a Hawaiian Luau that was better that anything I've seen in Orlando. I wouldn't mind living here myself! They are currently under renovations, I am exited to see when this is completed. Looks like it will quite beautiful! "

"Spring Hills Hunters Creek had a lot of activities and on-site facilities, such as nurses, a beauty parlor, dining areas, common areas, banking, and mail center. The staff was very friendly and eager. It just seemed a little older. Although the person who was touring with me mentioned that a lot of the areas were going to be rejuvenated."

"The tour at Brookdale Conway is very good. We have actually chosen to go there. My mother will be moving there. My mother and I both like the facility. We like the staff that we interacted with. One of the biggest benefits is that it is close to my house and to where her granddaughter will be living. It is close so that my daughter can still check up on her grandma. The facility was very good. The rooms were good. Everything was clean. The room was more like a studio. There's more than one type. My mother will be moving into a semiprivate room, which has a divided area and is not totally closed off; it is two separate areas. Each roommate has her own closet, her own ceiling fan, and a wall dividing most of the area. There is some semi-privacy between the two roommates. There is a courtyard, and they have a reading area. There are three floor plans."
