My Mom was sent there by Advent Hospital for Rehab. Didn't start her on rehab for a few days, had to demand more rehab then a few minutes once a day, reluctantly they finally obliged 5 days after admit. Food came cold, most techs were slow in response, the favorite answers were could not do it (reheat food..kitchen was closed at 5 in the afternoon, etc). The nursing staff was good one in particular was excellent, they were grossly understaffed. No communication with PT staff and they were usually out of the building by 4-4:30.

I have been a resident for about 3 weeks now following a 3 week stay in the hospital. I am amazed at the attitude and compassion of the staff. They seem well trained and capable. Most importantly, they treat residents with respect. I like most of the food, and there is plenty of it. It is clean and bug-free.

We had my mother at East Orlando Health and Rehab. It's a skilled nursing facility. The staff is wonderful and she gets the attention that she needs. They are very, very compassionate. The facility is very clean and they are in the process of renovating the place. They have nice grounds and when the residents want to go out, they have a nice place to sit. They have physical and occupational therapy. They have all kinds of activities. They have social services. They have podiatrists and doctors there. My mother complains about the food, but I know its institutional food. Overall, we have no complaints.
