"I liked that it was a small community. The staff was caring. My dad was there for three days and he was on hospice. They played bingo and the residents seemed to like that. The food smelled good and they had their own chef. They had a little day room and they can go outside. They did a lot of things in their community room."

The nurse Krystyna is available 24 hours a day to answer any questions that we may have regarding our loved ones care. The facility is very clean and never has any harsh odors. The staff are very caring and compassionate and know just how to interact with all of the residents. Cascades offers a unique approach to care- Resident Centered Care, allowing aging in place. What we have learned this means that they have a good understanding of memory care and that not two memory care patients are the same. "I visited The Caring Place. It was a very clean and a beautiful place. It had a non-evictus facility. It was probably a 10-room flat, and it was a house converted into a facility. My mom was on a waiting list there because it was a nice place and it was a small group home, so I thought my mom would be cared for a lot better. They had small rooms, and they don't have a private bathroom, but it was located just outside the room. They had home cooked meals which I really loved because where she's at right now, she doesn't had many home cooked meals. It had a pretty yard. They were watching TV and chatting with one another, and they weren't really weren't doing any doing activity at that time that I visited. "

"After my Grandfather died, my grandmother could no longer manage the large house that she lived in. She was still pretty independent but needed some assistance. She moved into a one bedroom apartment at Cleveland Manor for the remainder of her life. The apartment was very well kept up by the maintenance staff. It looked like an upscale apartment. The landscaping around the complex is beautiful and calming. My grandmother had the ability to come and go as she pleased as their are private entrances to the apartments. My grandmother was able to bring her important possessions with her, including her beloved dog. There are many amenities at Cleveland Manor. There is a store, a salon, an exercise area, along with places to walk and sit on the grounds. There is someone on call 24 hours in case of needed maintenance. The rent is very reasonable and goes by income level. The staff is very nice and accommodating. This is a really nice place for anyone 62 or older who needs some assistance but is still independent. "Colonial Villa was very nice. I like it. It was nice and clean. I like the rooms and the layout. It appealed to me, and the price was good. They have big rooms. Food was good too. "

"My father moved in to Stratford Pines. The place is fine. The staff is great, and they do a nice job taking good care of him. They have exercise every single day, music, church services, different craft-type activities, and so on. The place is very clean. Everything is very expensive, but for the quality of care my dad is getting, it's good."

"My wife has been in Plainview Assisted Living for eight months now. It's two miles from my house, so I can get there very quickly. I come and see my wife every day for an hour or two. Plainview Assisted Living is a fabulous place. I have never seen a better place. They have a beautiful yard and three different-sized rooms. The large rooms are very big. My wife is wheelchair-bound so she doesn't participate in any of the activities, but they have different musicians come in and exercise classes in the morning. The food is awesome and the pricing is ridiculously low. I love this place. Their employees are the most caring that you could ask for. The whole staff is absolutely impeccable."

"Our mom spent a year at Auburn Fields and we were very happy with her care. She ended up needing a lot more care than we expected as her health declined, but we were always comfortable that she was loved and well taken care of. The facility is nice and well maintained. There were regular activities for the residents, and they always appeared to have fun together. But more importantly, the staff treated our mom with the love and compassion that we couldn't during the COVID lockdown. Highly recommended."

"The rooms are nice and big; they are roomy. The staff is wonderful, they take good care of my mom, and they are very friendly and very accommodating. The place is very clean. I haven't eaten there myself, but I have been there with my mother, and she seems to like it. I think there was one dinner that she wasn’t real crazy about, but she hasn't complained about it. The one thing I did like about Bartonwoods is they have activities, but they actually come down to the room and motivate her to go and do an activity. They come and get her, which I really like. Otherwise, I don't think she would go. We've only been here since March, and we are really happy with it. "
