The staff was always on time and when there was a change someone from the office would always come to the house and introduce the new care giver and make sure they knew what was needed. All 3 of the caregivers we had over the 6 months were very personable and did whatever I asked. Someone from the office was always available to answer any questions I had and came to the house several times to make sure that things were okay"
