"Preferred Care at Home of Cape Coral & Fort Myers currently provides care to my husband. They prepare meals for him, help him shower if he needs to, get him outside if he wants to sit outside and help him with basically anything throughout the day. If he has to go to the doctor, they'll take him there too. They also clean his bed if he has an accident, wash the sheets, then clean his bathroom. They are bringing packages in and getting the mail if he wants to. When I get home, he's usually already eating his dinner, so that's good. The caregivers have all been very nice and very helpful. He has different ones on Saturday and Sunday and he seems to get along well with all of them. If someone gets sick or has to leave or can't come in, they make sure to cover for that person. They make an effort. The billing is just fine. It's very easy. They email it to me and it's all automatic."
