"After 2 1/2 years as a resident of Bentley Village, I have nothing but good things to say about it. I feel safe and cared for and have made many good friendships here. My one bedroom apartment is beautiful, spacious and convenient to so many activities. As a golfer, I appreciate our well maintained course and the superb management team. Duplicate bridge is highly competitive and professionally directed, a plus you rarely see in retirement communities. And the expansive campus offers many opportunities for walking and biking. I am always proud to call myself a Bentley Village resident!"

"The lady at Lely Palms was fabulous. The people there were very, very nice. They have a beautiful grand piano in the foyer. They have a lot of outings and things they do. It was really nice. I saw the apartment, and it was all new, too. It was on the smaller side. It was a one-bedroom, but it's perfect for one person, probably even two. However, I'm going from a two-bedroom, so I'm downsizing. The kitchen was fully equipped with a refrigerator. It was very clean with a new floor, and it's all painted. It was really nice. They have a nice courtyard at the back, they have a pool, and they have a grassy area with a cabana. What's so nice about them is that the food is a la carte. Say you want to have a meal one time a day, you can. Or if you want two, you can have it, but it's an add-on for the independent side. They have a lot of options, and they can cater to all your needs. That's just really nice about it. The staff was very forthcoming. It was a very pleasant and nice experience. These people are probably older than me, but it's geared towards their lifestyle. It might not be new, but it is spotless. It smells clean, and it looks clean."

"Toured this community for my brother. I was extremely impressed by the Sales Director. He was able to answer all my questions. As this was my first experience looking into senior living, it really put me at ease. He was able to make me feel comfortable and brought up things I hadn't even thought to consider. Thank you."

"I toured The Gallery at Hacienda Lakes. It's lovely and wonderful, but unfortunately, I couldn't even afford it. It's beautiful. It's like being in Las Vegas. They have a kitchenette with just a microwave. That was one bad feature. They have a pool, a sauna, and a courtyard where you can sit. They have a lot of amenities, but it starts at $10,000, and that's for one, and then you add so much for another person. Two meals are included. Amber was wonderful. She came to the house with all kinds of information, and then we met her. The next day, we went over to look at the property. She was phenomenal. The food was like eating in a New York restaurant. It's phenomenal."

"Great place! I felt extremely welcomed the minute I walked in and the staff (everyone from the front desk to the nurses) were beyond friendly, helpful and informative. Out of all of my options researched, my family feels strongly that this will be the very best care facility for our grandmother in the near future. "

"We toured American House Coconut Point. We toured both levels, the independent and the assisted living, and we looked at the model in the assisted living. It was a very good experience. We met with Kimberly, and she was very thorough and informative, so we had a good tour. It had fewer residents than the previous ones we looked at, so that was good. The facilities were good. Everything is very neat, clean, and very nice. Everything seemed to be within a short distance of the room, so the layout was fine. They had a swimming pool, and I think they had a little patio. It was a little dark, and they were improving some of the carpets and things, so it was just a little darker than what I liked. They needed to be a little brighter."

"Amavida at Lakes Park was gorgeous, and everybody was friendly. It was updated with bright and beautiful colors. The apartment that I looked at looked brand new. It was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious, and it had a lot of extras. It had a screened-in lanai where I could have my kitties, where they could still be outside. They also have villas with garages. I originally was looking at that, but I think that if I move, I'm going to take one of their apartments because it's closer to the rest of the residents and it would be easier to socialize. The dining area was beautiful. The tour staff was great, too. I couldn't find anything wrong with it."

"I went to The Summit of Fort Myers. It's a smaller facility all around, it's one building, but it was in good shape, well-maintained, and had good amenities. So, I liked the facility, and all that, just fine. Jeremiah did the tour, he was excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. It looked like they were very well organized and had many different types of amenities. People were friendly, and it was well-maintained. Everything looked fine. The problem with the summit is that it is an independent living facility, but they have no permission whatsoever to help a person in the event of a catastrophe. They made it very clear that you're on your own. If you have to evacuate, off you go. I didn't like that at all."

"Siena Lakes was very favorable, very nice, and very new. They had very lovely people. The staff was very informative and very nice. They have lectures, pickleball, movies, swimming, and speeches. They have just about everything."

"My mom moved in at The Carlisle Naples in November. Craig, the salesperson, was great. He was wonderful. They're just taking good care of my mom. She's independent, but they're taking good care of her, keeping an eye on her. The food there is wonderful. Everybody's nice. It's a great facility. There's a movie theater, exercises, a pool, Mahjong, Bridge, and Rummikub. Just lots of activities. There's a calendar every day that's given, and you pick whatever you want to do. You can rent, you don't have to buy into it. So that's a big thing. Mom has a 2-bedroom apartment and she's got a balcony overlooking the courtyard."

"I thought Moorings Park was very nice, but very expensive. Staff was very impressive. All of them were very professional. They had just about everything you want. My friend who lived there was very happy, and I was impressed with what I saw. I ate there also, and the food was very good. "

"We toured Moorings Park At Grey Oaks. They provided outstanding amenities, and healthcare options were also over the top. They had access to an incredible golf community. All of the amenities at the golf course were included. They had concierge doctors. It had everything, and the monthly price included all the care. It's expensive, but you don't have to worry anymore. You knew what the cost would be no matter where you ended up. It looked like you were entering a resort, and it was great."

"The apartment is very comfortable and I was able to renovate to my taste. The staff is very helpful and willing to help with any issue. The dining room and staff are exceptional. My only regret is I did not make the move sooner."
