My mom moved in at The Carlisle Naples in November. Craig, the salesperson, was great. He was wonderful. They're just taking good care of my mom. She's independent, but they're taking good care of her, keeping an eye on her. The food there is wonderful. Everybody's nice. It's a great facility. There's a movie theater, exercises, a pool, Mahjong, Bridge, and Rummikub. Just lots of activities. There's a calendar every day that's given, and you pick whatever you want to do. You can rent, you don't have to buy into it. So that's a big thing. Mom has a 2-bedroom apartment and she's got a balcony overlooking the courtyard.

We toured The Carlisle Naples. It was pleasant, it was good. They were undergoing some updating of their facilities, we were pleased with that, everything was neat and clean, and they had a plan for renovation. We met the director and spent a good time with him. The people we met were very helpful.

I didn't like The Carlisle Naples. It was old-looking to me. That's the only one I didn't care for. I just didn't like the feel. People were parking on the streets in front of it, so I don't think there's a lot of parking either. The staff were nice though. They had a pool and a gym. For me, it's just okay, but I would never consider living there.

I went to The Carlisle Naples. It's very nice. The staff seemed very nice. The people who lived there seem to have a good rapport with them. The floor plan seemed nice. I think I looked at two different ones. I was interested in a larger one, so I looked at those. The patios were very small, but the kitchen facilities looked very nice. Everything about it looked nice. They have some parking. It's outside parking, so it's not protected in any way. They have a swimming pool, it looked very nice. They had areas for playing cards. However, it was a lot smaller than what I was hoping was available, because I'm thinking of a place for both my husband and myself. It was older. It's not brand new, but it was clean and nice. I know that in any of these places, you have to be able to walk quite a distance to get around, and I asked them about having some kind of a little scooter. And they said, yes, you can have that. But it seemed to me you'd have to have it in your apartment when you weren't using it, and the apartment's not that big. I think both my husband and I would need one to get around, and so that doesn't leave you much room. I did ask them if they could be left in the hall, and they said depending on where you put it. I didn't see any out in anyone's hall. And so that's a drawback, because for the most part, when you're living there to have two scooter type things in your kitchen area or dining area, that's a lot.

The staff at The Carlisle Naples seemed very friendly, and the food was good. I really didn't see anything I didn't like. It's very clean. They had a gym and a very nice pool. It was a nicely maintained facility. It's not far from the library and not far from grocery stores. It's close to churches. It's centrally located.

I liked The Carlisle Naples because of their presentation and the way they do their levels of care. You can get the amount of care you need without bundling a whole bunch of other stuff. The staff was very caring about the people as we went around and were very good at explaining things to us. It was a good meeting. It's very convenient to Naples. They have a whole list of programs that go on every day. You can choose what you want to do. The dining is excellent and that's also provided 12 hours a day. You can go to whichever dining room you choose as well. It's a very nice facility and the apartments were very nice. It appeared to be at the higher end compared to others that I saw.

Beautiful facilities but that said, the seniors were treated horrible by the department heads who were very mean to them and had also been known to gossip openly and negatively about one resident to another. This caused serious stress between them to the point they were afraid to even breath the wrong way for fear of being ostracized by them or their peers. For all intents and purposes, these types of senior housing communities are like any other neighborhood developments where seniors build friendships. So, when employees of the establishment get involved in their personal lives in such a gossipy manner, it's extremely stressful. I saw this first hand when visiting a relative there and heard how upset she was. No one deserves to endure such indignity and have their reputations drug through the mud in their later years by heartless employees and department heads no less.

My sister had an easy and very good transition to The Carlisle. They have a very supportive environment that allows the residents to still feel their independence in a lot of ways. They have a lot of activities and classes that are engaging. They sit her with different people at mealtimes, so she has been able to develop friendships. That's really nice. The staff is very good, the food is excellent, and she likes it.

The Carlisle Naples is fully-staffed and accommodates both assisted and independent folks who might require some assistance. They have shuttle service to shopping and other events, nice amenities, and a nice dining room. It's a nice place and it has a homey atmosphere.

My visit at The Carlisle Naples was phenomenal. We came close to purchasing. They had activities; you name it, they had it. They served breakfast and one other meal and had a beauty salon and pool. They came in once a week to change your bed and provide you linens. The woman who met with us was wonderful, sat with us through our meal, and was very attentive to our needs.

My parents moved into Carlisle three months ago, and so far, I’m pleased with everything. They have a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, a kitchen, and a separate living room. The food is excellent.

From what I've seen at The Carlisle, the staff was good. Their rooms were large with two bathrooms and a kitchen with granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, so it was fancier. They had a lot of activities, like card playing and contests of different kinds, and had a place for arts and crafts. They had people keep track of the exercise room, so that the residents could learn how to operate things. You couldn't just go in there and try them; you had to be taught how to use them, which I liked.

I visited The Carlisle Naples. It was a great, newer facility and almost luxurious even though the price was not bad. They had all kinds of amenities. I thought it was a really great facility, but my parents kept not wanting to go. The dining are was like eating at a good restaurant. We did look at the apartment, and it was really big with a washer, dryer and big balcony.

My visit at The Carlisle Naples was excellent. The apartments were very satisfactory. The staff was very patient, very informative, and very good. The food was excellent. The dining room served restaurant style -- they had a menu. We were shown the different rooms, the pool, the exercise room, etc., but they didn't have covered parking.

The staff working at Carlisle was fine. The room was okay and I liked it because it was in Naples and the climate was very good. They had a wide range of activities like having guest speakers, educational programs and things to keep your mind clear.

The Carlisle Naples was a bit formal. It had a smaller campus which I really liked. It was absolutely beautiful, but it wasn't affordable. They rooms were very spacious and had a very nice layout. It ranged from 710 square feet to 1,546 square feet. They were absolutely lovely.

I visited Carlisle Naples and it was nice and clean. The rooms were small but comfortable and the people treated me very well. I don't have any negative comments about it but I found another place that I preferred.

I have been to THE CARLISLE NAPLES, which is an assisted living facility in Naples, Florida. I go there ever so often to visit my mother and to keep her company so we could stay close. my mother loves this facility because. Inside of the building is absolutely stunning, the employees seem to always have a smile on their face when they see you. And there is a pool in the back, so anytime my mom wants to take a swim and relax she will have the opportunity to. The dining section looks breathtaking, she can sit back and enjoy a meal with her friends and have a great time, and she would never feel lonely. I know for a fact that the people there are genuinely nice and giving. And they would do anything to take care of a person like my mother. I myself love the place, the rooms are nice and cozy, and I think that anyone who is living there is living a life of luxury.
