"I liked Brookdale North Naples. It's cleaner than the other place, but the hallways are smaller. I liked the views more. Everything about it was great. Everybody was very nice and very helpful with answering questions and giving me information. It was really good. We weren't there at lunchtime, but we were invited to come back. It was laid out nicely."

"The rooms are great. My brothernlaw is there and my fathernlaw was there. The staff is great but the only complaint i have is they need to fix the ceiling fans out on the porch or get something to help cool off the porch where the residents smoke cause when we come to visit it's to hot to sit out there. They need something to help cool it off or replace the ceiling fans. Other wise I enjoy coming to visit my brothernlaw. You guys are awesome."

"Canterfield of Fort Myers is a relatively new place. It's very nice. The room was small. My relatives were going to have a unit together in the memory care. They would keep my sister-in-law in memory care and my brother-in-law would be able to be out and about, giving him time to mingle with the regular guests there, so that was a very doable thing. However, it was expensive. The dining area looked very appealing and very adequate, but they didn't have any choices. What was posted is what you'll have, whereas the other place had at least two choices per meal. They had a pool, they had a lot of exercise and activity rooms, and it was pretty spacious. The staff member who gave the tour was very nice."

"I want your new waitress Renata she deserves recognition. In addition to always getting our order correct, she comes back several times to ask how the food was and if there is anything else that we need. When we are finished, she will ask if we want desert. She is so pleasant and always has a smile. I felt like I was at a restaurant on fifth avenue."

"I liked the layout of Colliers at Naples Assisted Living a lot, and I liked the events. It was kind of around the hurricane time, and I was happy that it was a safe place. It was all fine. Nothing had happened. It just seemed organized. The staff was very nice and helpful, with a lot of information. It had room to entertain. It is the one I chose partly because it was closer to me. I liked the apartment better than the other place. Unfortunately, the one they had available wasn't the one I wanted."

"Rooms are spacious, well-designed, and in excellent condition. Maid service once a week. Staff at every level are kind, caring, and provide excellent service. Facilities are beautiful and include pools, tennis and pickleball courts, Activities are plentiful and include movies, bridge, book club, current events discussions, library, gym, bingo, and many others."

"I love the size of Beach House, the food setup, the staff was amazing, and the ambiance of the place was very nice. They have a salon, occupational therapy, movie theater, restaurant-style eating, and a nice courtyard in the middle. The layout was very nice. They have an art class and a little library. It's nice overall. I had lunch and the experience was different from any other place. You had options. There was a whole separate menu to choose from. It was very classy. The chef did a great job. The dining hall was great with tall ceilings. It was very roomy, very much like a restaurant. There was no assigned seating or anything like that. You can sit wherever. It did not feel like assisted living at all."

"We toured The Opal at Lakes Park. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The building is very nice, neat, and clean. They have a nice garden area where people can sit outside. There's a lot of nature out there. It's very nature-like outside. They have a nice porch you can sit on if it's raining. They have a nice area that's all planted in pots with different plants. The food is good. They don't run out of things there, like coffee, cream, and stuff like that. The facility is very pleasant to look at. The living room is very pretty. Everything's done very nicely. They have a good activity department, too."

"Discovery Commons is a special place. Julia and her staff go above and beyond in understanding individual needs and maintaining a nurturing and caring environment for their residents. My mother immediately felt welcome and a part of her new extended family. The other residents went out of their way to introduce themselves and engage with my mom. The staff is responsive and conscientious. The facility is very nice and well maintained. Plenty of activities for residents. It is truly a blessing to know my mom is in good and competent hands."

The staff is excellent and provides excellent service. The facility is very clean. They have a swimming pool, and for activities, they have bingo and various other games. They're just very expensive."

"I liked that Lely Palms, a ProMedica Senior Living Community had separate little apartments away from the main building. They also had the flexibility of dining onsite or not, which fit what I needed. They were efficient. Time is important to me and as soon as I walked in, they were ready. We saw what was available, the different sizes of apartments, and the redone interior (hey change them every time someone new moves in). Size-wise, it fits me, and the interior was nice. It didn't take me long to decide on that location."
