With physical therapy, you pick a time and sometimes they're late because they have another patient, so it takes longer, but they always communicate with you, like, they're on their way or they're going to be a few minutes late or whatever. The owner was just super."

The nurse would not even throw a towel over it and clean it with her foot. I had to come home from work (one hour drive) to clean it up! With Nurse on Call, Michelle had to call an Ambulance. I was in Bradenton at the time and she met me at the hospital to bring my mother's purse to me! This is the BEST home health company ever. "

"Pinnacle Home Care - SW Florida has been excellent. They are friendly and informative. They're decent people. They show that they care, and they're not doing this for salary. I've never seen a group like this before. I'm very impressed. The OT, the PT, and the nurse are excellent. The nurse checks my husband's blood pressure and oxygen, and she questions him in-depth about physical things, nightmares, or whatever he wants to talk about. The PT has gotten him up and walking with the walker and exercising. The OT has exercised his arms and has shown us how to get him in the shower, out of the shower, and into the toilet. I have not had any problems with scheduling and billing. There has been nothing I can complain about."
