"Evans Health Care was very clean and very welcoming. The staff at the reception was very, very nice and very friendly. I was telling her what I was there for, what I was looking for, and to see what availability they had. She went and got her director and he was knowledgeable. They just couldn't accommodate me, but he gave me a list of all the places to try. He was very helpful. As far as the entrance, it was very clean. A lot of the residents were active, in and out. There were some residents walking, and some were in wheelchairs. They were very nice to them."

"My mother was a resident at Gulf Coast Medical Center Skilled Nursing Unit. They were outstanding and extremely well in their level of care. They were staffed sufficiently and were just very good. The place was clean and neat, and the food was good for my mother. The staff were extremely professional and caring, and they helped me as well. My mother's room was immaculate. It had a bed, chair, TV, sink, and a full bathroom. She was bedridden, so she was not able to use it, but it was there available. It also had a computer station."

"The room I was in was very clean. The bathroom was spotless I received 3 very nice meals everyday. I was especially pleased by the quality of the food. They also came by with coffee and tea The physical therapy staff were kind and firm with me. I was able to get better and go home. The nursing staff and doctors were always available at the desk for questions I or my wife had they were also kind and courteous. Social services were also helpful to put in place a physical therapist to come to my home the day after I left to start in home care My wife was also allowed to bring in our small dog zoey I would highly recommend this place to anyone"

"The Preserve was very nice. It seemed to be in very nice condition. It was clean and smelled good. They have a small number of apartments, and the bigger apartments that my parents were interested in were occupied. The staff was very nice and informative. They seem to have entertainment for them, classes, games, therapy if needed, and a nice dining room."

"My mom is staying here. She is in a semi-private room, which is a fine room, very clean and bright. She is recovering from surgery and she has not been feeling very well but they're giving her excellent care. The staff are very helpful and very attentive."

Mostly, he just wants companionship, they can administer his medication, they make sure he eats three times a day, and they make sure he gets his medicines on time -- that kind of thing. "Dad is at Consulate Health Care, and they seem like a pretty nice facility. I visited the facility about four times in the last couple of months. The facility seemed pretty clean to me. Most of the staff seemed pretty good. I know my sister had a problem with a few of them not being really attentive to things when my dad needed help, but so far I can't say anything negative or too positive with the staff. If there is one thing they need to improve on, I would say communication, because it seems to be that has been the ongoing problem my sister had with them, and I can see it too. "

"Gulf Coast Village was large, spacious, very clean, and I thought it was excellent. The staff was very friendly and outgoing and very sweet with the residents. We actually saw a lot of that. The surroundings were very clean and decorative. The food was excellent. "

"My mother moved in Shell Point Larsen Pavilion in August of 2006 and died in December of 2010. My father and I liked them very much and I give them two thumbs up. We thought they did a good job. They had activities there. I liked that there were facilities that my dad and I could take her out to lunch or supper which we did at least once a week. "

"Life Care Center of Estero is helping my sister with everything as she's completely immobile. Her room is spacious. She has a nice window to look out. Some of the staff have been good, and others not so good. She's had some things she's asked for and she still hasn't received them. The facilities are very clean. They have a hair salon, nails, and bingo. They have people come to sing there."
