When this woman was first admitted she had a crossdresser ( man ) checking her body for cuts or bruises. How creepy is that. On a more positive note Brandy was a shining star among many nurses who are credit to their profession. Get rid of the creep.

My mother was there for rehab. Her meds were always late and she had to argue with the staff to get her prescribed medications. She was feed food that was still frozen and inedible. She had to ring for help multiple times to get anyone to help her to the bathroom. They seem to no problem looking at their I-phones! Not all of the staff is so inattentive but the majority are. Stay away from this place at all cost!

I like Health Park very much. The people are very attentive. My mother is in a large room for two with windows. It’s clean and well maintained. The location is fine, and the grounds are well kept and pretty.

My friend had been wheelchair-bound for so many years. She was not thrilled about the food at HealthPark Care & Rehab Center. She didn't eat a balanced diet or three meals a day like most people do. That was the only thing that I heard her complain about it much. However, the facility was very well kept and the staff was friendly.

My Father is there, and has been there before. Not sure when he will get to come again... he's been affected by many TIA strokes, Dementia, and as you're aware... the story goes on and on... Anyway, this place takes wonderful care of their patients, and works with them "non-stop" so to speak. They are prudently clean and sanitized. We all sure miss Dad, but, we feel he couldn't be in a better place!
