"Empath Home Health - Naples was wonderful. I've used them before and now I'm using them again. They provide physical therapy and occupational therapy. They're great. They're nice, normal people. I liked them. They get back to you. Their scheduling is good. With physical therapy, you pick a time and sometimes they're late because they have another patient, so it takes longer, but they always communicate with you, like, they're on their way or they're going to be a few minutes late or whatever. The owner was just super."

Then the second one had a bad attitude, and we didn't keep her around. The third one got sick and had to go to the hospital. The fourth one is really nice, pleasant, and caring and goes out of her way to help her, and we love her. It is affordable, but it will be better if they can develop more personable skills for the management to avoid having caregivers with bad attitudes. "

With some seniors, there needs to be awareness that they are not going to be able to understand the language, and this has nothing to do with color or race or prejudice; it just has to do with communication. We had one woman who was very regular, but we had a variety, and that's another thing that I would recommend. I know it's not always possible, but sending a different person is entirely confusing. They would come in and make sure that she has had her medicine and breakfast. A lot of times, the girl would prepare breakfast and clean up the kitchen afterwards. My sister was very messy with clutter, so she was always cleaning up after my sister, picking things up, and offered her a little company as well. The pricing was pretty standard. They were always very prompt. Once in a while, there might be somebody who called in and come, and then they would offer to send someone else. Basically they were very dependable. "
