Pinnacle Home Care - SW Florida has been excellent. They are friendly and informative. They're decent people. They show that they care, and they're not doing this for salary. I've never seen a group like this before. I'm very impressed. The OT, the PT, and the nurse are excellent. The nurse checks my husband's blood pressure and oxygen, and she questions him in-depth about physical things, nightmares, or whatever he wants to talk about. The PT has gotten him up and walking with the walker and exercising. The OT has exercised his arms and has shown us how to get him in the shower, out of the shower, and into the toilet. I have not had any problems with scheduling and billing. There has been nothing I can complain about.
