This is the worst home care . Never will use again. They told me my nurse was in quarantine and than not more than 24 hrs later they want to send her to my house. Really ??? You would think it’s mangers are polite but they are rude and impatient. Don’t trust them with your loved ones

They used to be a good provider. However over the last 3/4 months the care has become progressively worse, Many of there best employees have been fired,quit or gone to another company & since then it has been downhill. They are now trying to cover there mistakes only to make more mistakes

This is the BEST home health company I have ever used. The staff treated my mother on two occasions and we're going to need them again. Michelle, the Physical Therapist, Danielle, the Occupational Therapist, and Cherie and Emmy, the nurses, have treated my mother as if she was part of their own family. My mother had two episodes where she got diarrhea on the floor. The staff cleaned it up! They don't have to do this. I remember Gentiva would not clean my mother's vomit a few years ago. The nurse would not even throw a towel over it and clean it with her foot. I had to come home from work (one hour drive) to clean it up! With Nurse on Call, Michelle had to call an Ambulance. I was in Bradenton at the time and she met me at the hospital to bring my mother's purse to me! This is the BEST home health company ever.
