We are using caregivers from Sunrise for my grandmother. We are actually on her fourth caregiver. The first one, we interviewed her and loved her, but the next day she quit. Then the second one had a bad attitude, and we didn't keep her around. The third one got sick and had to go to the hospital. The fourth one is really nice, pleasant, and caring and goes out of her way to help her, and we love her. It is affordable, but it will be better if they can develop more personable skills for the management to avoid having caregivers with bad attitudes.
