"When our neighbor fell and broke her hip and ankle it became necessary that she move into an assisted living facility where she would not only have constant nursing care, but top level physical and occupational therapists working to get her strength back. The most chief complaint about the Aristocrat would be is that there is not enough activities for those living there to take place in outside of their therapy sessions. My neighbor would constantly tell us how kind everyone there was and how willing they were to ever help if she needed anything at all. Overall, if anything haptpened to another family member or friend I would strongly recommend that they visit the Aristocrat "

"My mom was in Brookdale Center for about two weeks. It was an excellent facility with staff who practiced great attentiveness and good communication with the family, which we really looked forward to. We wanted to make sure that things were getting done and that they were communicating with me. I received calls from the doctors, therapists and other staff members, which was my expectation. It’s a hospital-based system, so it's part of the wing of the hospital, not it's own facility. It’s very well cared for. She was only there for a very short time, but it was clean and friendly, and the staff was very attentive. We didn't have any issues at all. "

"Heritage Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center needed to be cleaned. It was older and needed attention. The staff needs to be more attentive. My mother had a stroke, so using her left hand has not been very good. They had her in the dining room but they don't cut up her food and she can't cut up for food. The only good thing about there was Samantha. She was excellent at trying to help us, and Lewis, the therapist. She was very good. Every day somebody comes in, it's a different person. My mother had a fracture in her left leg and because she had to be changed, they would come in every day and manhandle her. Then the next person would come in when the shift changed, and the same thing. Nobody ever coordinated with each other. It was like a new patient, a new place, and they just did whatever."

"Gardens at Terracina Health and Rehabilitation was very clean and updated. The rooms that we looked at were very, very good. My wife was in rehab there, so that's one of the reasons we went back. It was very good. Everybody was attentive. Everybody we met was very nice. She was there for a month in the rehab section. She did a lot of physical therapy, and occupational therapy, and just generally trying to get up and walk again. We went to see a lot of the room, and everything was very nice. I didn't realize it was as old as it was because it was very well kept up. I tried their food, and it was good. It wasn't bad at all. There's only so much you can do when you're feeding hundreds of people, but basically, I would think that their food was pretty decent. For amenities, at the time, they didn't have a young lady that did the hair, but they had a facility for it. They also had a gym and a courtyard. It's a nice place. I just really liked it. The staff members were very good to my wife. I think they all treated her well trying to make her life very easy while she was there. They did a good job. I think in the end, she appreciated what they did. "

"We chose Imperial for my father's rehab from back surgery based on location, and review of some Medicare comparable data. We were extremely pleased. Staff were attentive, pleasant, engaging, and levels seemed more than adequate. Physical therapy provided was very good, as was the access to medical care and advice. All in all, we found it to be a caring, professional, positive atmosphere. Would not hesitate to recommend. "

"The Arlington is clean, and the staff who assisted me on the tour was very good. Their dining area looked clean and casual. I was there on a Sunday and nothing was really going on. But they have an area for games, an area for TV, an area for bingo and another area for church services."

"I went to Renaissance at The Terrace. My visit was kind of short and sweet. It was very expensive and it wasn’t affordable for us. It was like a luxury hotel. It was so nice, very clean and so immaculate. I went into the general area. I saw where they had like a fine dining restaurant. They provided three meals a day. The staff was very knowledgeable. "

"My mom is in rehab at the Life Care Center of Estero. I would recommend them. They took the time to help us get taken care of. It's a good facility. They're taking good care of my mom. I don't know what we would have done without them. The staff members were excellent. They have activities and day trips. We use Medicaid. They have a little courtyard between the buildings and little benches outside in front of the building. My mom's room is fine. It has a dresser, a little wardrobe closet, and a bed. We could rent a TV."

"We visited the Preserve. The dining room was pretty. The rooms were adequate and about the same size as the others. There is no view there. The staff who gave the tour was OK. There's just too many people around. There were people sitting on the outside. They seemed to like it there. Everyone we talked to seemed satisfied they were there. They have a movie theater, card groups, and some kind of hobby type of thing. I have a friend who lives there. He has a 2-bedroom. His wife was there that day, and we got to look at theirs. The place is rather new, nothing's grown up much. It will be pretty in the future, but it's kind of new plantings now."
