The idea of Shifting Sands Adult Day Center has been a lifelong dream of mine. With more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and then Certified Geriatric Care Manager, I have always known that I wanted to do more to make a difference. "This is a wonderful facility. The lady for whom I provide care goes there four days a week for about seven to eight hours. She really enjoys it and calls it the club. They keep the lines of communication open and are always able to address any concerns. They give showers and once a month they give manicures and hair cuts to those that schedule them. "
