Staff is fabulous. Both my Mom and a dear friend have had long stays in Premier Place rehabbing after hospital stays. Staff couldn't have done more to make sure the rooms were very clean, to everyday care (CNAs were so kind), to Doctors and Nurses who explained procedures and recuperation processes well. My friend loved how the chef cooked the fish and ordered it EVERDAY! Thanks to the Glenview for taking such good care of my loved ones.

Independent living apartments are privately owned by the resident and limited only by your remodeling desires. Food and dining room and facility staff are exceptional.

The apartment is very comfortable and I was able to renovate to my taste. The staff is very helpful and willing to help with any issue. The dining room and staff are exceptional. My only regret is I did not make the move sooner.

Very professional staff in a modern, spacious community with lots of activities, great food and wonderful care. My mother was treated with kindness, respect and much patience as she recovered from a fractured arm. Our whole family was very satisfied and would recommend without hesitation.

Very friendly. I love the community table for dinner because you get to meet new people. I was able to meet potential residents who have been on the waiting list. There are activities of all kinds; sports, movies, live entertainment, shows, etc. There are many committees you can join and a lot to keep you busy.

Rooms spacious and clean meals are very good. Nursing staff is excellent and attentive to all your needs. Physical therapists are knowledgeable patient and always available to assist you.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. You have your own shower and bathroom. The nurses were fabulous. The aides were the best. The PT and OT helped get my mother back on her feet. My only complain is the social worker.

I'm at The Glenview at Pelican Bay. My room is very nice and very accommodating. I have a bathroom. It's got a nice view, a nice bed, a recliner, and a TV. I have to be in physical therapy every day. The food is excellent. The staff is great. Cleanliness and maintenance are outstanding.

The most important thing is that the Glenview is in our present neighborhood. The availability of the tram/Gulf is important to us. The many friends we have there and also how very friendly everyone/ staff and residents were every time we visited. The food we had at dinner was perfect. Krisandra attended to more than our needs and made us feel at home. The old building is being painted and upgraded. W are looking forward to moving there. We are new and haven't used any o the facilities.

The rooms come in a variety of shapes and there is flexibility in rearranging them. The several staff members I met were polite, presentable and competent. The activities residents enjoyed and the many amenities offered were most appropriate for one my age and background. While I did not savor food the dining facilities looked splendid. I was highly pleased with all I was told and showed by Krisandra.

The food and dining are excellent, my apartment and the breadth of services are wonderful. My constant pleasure is the warmth of the staff and the sense of family they and my neighbors provide. The Glenview is a beautiful home on the Gulf of Mexico with sandy beaches and glorious sunsets. It’s an experience I treasure.

When I had my knee surgery I was in rehab at The Glenview at Pelican Bay. It was very good. It was excellent. They gave me good care. They made sure I wasn't in pain. The food was very good. It's a top notch place. I had a very nice, private room. One thing though is they're on a hill, so it's a little tough to get there and park, but other than that, it is a very nice place and it is in a very nice location. Everything is very clean, very nice, and very well taken care of. I had physical therapy, which was excellent. I didn't participate in any other social activity because I was incapacitated. I had physical therapy every day and they were terrific; they were just really good. Medicare covered it. I had the upgraded room and I did have to pay a little bit out of pocket for it, but it wasn't much.

I like Pelican Bay. It is beautiful. It is new. It is closer to water, but it's not directly on the water. It has 365 days of meals. It has a five-star nursing. I can have assisted living right in my apartment. It is very attractive. It has a private beach. It has transportation to the beach, private restaurants, and the clubhouse. I would recommend this place, but it has a very long waiting list.

Glenview was an exceptional community. Pelican Bay is a wonderful area to be in, there's no doubt about that. One of the activities director was there and showed us around, she was very pleasant. She gave us a lot of nice information and showed us a lot of the activities and it was very nice.
