My mom was in Brookdale Center for about two weeks. It was an excellent facility with staff who practiced great attentiveness and good communication with the family, which we really looked forward to. We wanted to make sure that things were getting done and that they were communicating with me. I received calls from the doctors, therapists and other staff members, which was my expectation. It’s a hospital-based system, so it's part of the wing of the hospital, not it's own facility. It’s very well cared for. She was only there for a very short time, but it was clean and friendly, and the staff was very attentive. We didn't have any issues at all.
