It has everything my dad needs. Mostly, he just wants companionship, they can administer his medication, they make sure he eats three times a day, and they make sure he gets his medicines on time -- that kind of thing. The staff was nice, and everybody was nice at Heritage. It was nice and clean, and there was no smell or anything like that; it was alright.

Sad sad sad place. Find another facility. Executive Director is gone. Director of Nursing is gone. Director of Physical Therapy is gone. All within a short time. Now they have failed the State Inspection.

This place is awful! My mom was there last summer and acquired scabies, which they repeatedly lied to me about. She is still in quarantine because of ongoing treatment to eradicate them at her current (good) facility!! They have a terrible roach problem, their staff is very slow to respond, and one time told me to go around the corner so I wouldn't hear them talk. They lied about the medicine they gave her- she ended up in the hospital because of it. DO NOT STAY THERE!!
