The most helpful part of the services is that they show up on time and they do what you ask them to do. I like their efficiency. If an aide doesn't show up I get a phone call. If a problem arises they have coverage.

I like that they have been attentive. My mother's healthcare and significantly improved since being under their care. They have been beyond perfect for me. I have been able to continue my life, and my mother gets to live in her home. I feel that they are very responsive and have extreme follow through. I think the manager is superb. I believe people should run to them, they are the only trustworthy and honest people in Naples, Florida.

I don't have to run my dad's life. I was running my dad's life from Massachusetts, and he lives in Florida. It was like having another full time job. Someone is there to give him his medications, feed him, and give him feedback from the doctor. It was huge. It's got some pros and cons. I have to really monitor the people that come in to make sure we find a good fit. Once we find a good fit, it's really helpful.

I would say the are responsible and if they cant come the company sends a substitute. They have helped the most by being there to help me with things I need help with and driving.

I like the online family website. When I have an issue, I can get a hold of the management. I'm not sure that his caregiver is actively engaging with my dad. She irons his clothes.

I liked that they really cared about my father. They took personal interest in him. He was treated like a member of their family. They were communicating with me constantly. I didn't have to worry about him and when they were there, they tried to pair him with someone he would enjoy. It made him happy and he really enjoyed it.

I cannot say enough good things about Home Care Assistance. I started speaking with Monica C. last September and we spoke at least 3-4 times before my parents were comfortable enough to make the leap of home care assistance. All along she was patient, informative and kept what was ultimately best for them always at the forefront of our conversations. This focus still remains 6 months into the service. We have been so happy with both caregivers that have come to our home and Monica has stayed current with my parents special needs through out the whole process. Both caregivers were extremely personable and supportive while remaining professional. It has been a very tough year for my family and very stressful for myself at times because I live very far away and I have felt Monica and the caregivers have had mine and my parents back every step of the way. Thank you!!
