We have service from Preferred Care at Home of Naples. We basically have an aide come to keep my mom company. No medical or anything, just a companion, someone to drive her on errands, and do light cleaning up. Everything is very good, I'm happy with them. I was in New York and my mom is in Florida, so I have a Preferred Care aide that I just started. However, going forward, when mom declines, I may need to look for some type of assisted living facility in New York.

They work well for me. Aside from my frailties, my family has health issues and they help me think about how to do things with them. I am a nurse myself, so I already knew much before them. I only have them for a few hours a week. I like that they keep the caregivers coming. I like the girl coming to me.

The Preferred Care at Home team was a godsend when my aunt needed in-home care after a positive Covid-19 result. They managed to sort out all the paperwork, assess the home, and provide a complete care plan in less than 48 hours. They provided all the PPE and were very careful in that regard. The caregiver is great with my aunt and they really get along together, we've decided to keep her on full time. The woman who runs the agency is very efficient and understanding, making sure that everyone is on the same page with personal and medical info

It was a life saver for me. Alison was the one who the on boarding with us and she was the best because she was responsive. The caregiver was terrific.

I already have Preferred Care at Home of Naples. The caregiver helps me do my laundry and helps me clip my nails. She is like a companion. She is very nice, very smart, very capable, and very amenable to doing whatever I ask her to do. I've only had her two times so far, but so far it is a five. Her head of the agency came one time with her. Both of them gave me their phone numbers and told me to call them anytime I needed them. They're very available and I'm very satisfied.

Our experience with Preferred Care at Home of Naples has been fine. We have used them a handful of times. They help take my husband to the bathroom and put him to bed. The caregivers who were assisting us were very nice. They were both very pleasant and very competent. I like the woman who manages the agency. She also came several times.
