"My husband used Home Instead. They were always here to help and all of the caregivers worked out well. It really met the needs that we had at the time. They paid attention to him, but one of them would take him out to walk outdoors. The Veterans Administration referred them and also paid for our care. They were always ready to answer any questions that I had. I would tell when they were going to be here and they would go with us to doctor's appointments. They were very congenial, very kind, and very caring. They did laundry. They did work around here. They would even fix the meal if we needed it. The staff was really great. They took care of everything when anything came up. They were always there ready to discuss whatever what was going on. I think the most important thing is the fact that they were so caring and interested in my husband's health and how he was doing and how I was doing. They were very good."

"I used Right at Home Northwest Fort Worth for about a week and a half. They worked with me on the price and the attendant who came and took care of my mom was good, caring, and eager to help out around the house. It was just a good experience. When I told them about my circumstances, they decreased their prices to accommodate me and were very quick. I talked to them on one day and had a person there the next day."

"Home Instead Granbury is the most affordable agency that I could find. My mother couldn't be alone because she has bad anxiety and depression and I had to work, so their caregiver provided companionship to her and made sure she ate. One of the caregivers that came would also wipe things down and vacuum, and she was very helpful. One caregiver was fine and she stayed 2 weeks, and the other one was great, too. And the owner would come out when there's a new caregiver that would be staying with my mother, as an introduction. They always helped me out and took my calls any time because I couldn't do a fixed schedule."
