"I'm using Home Instead Senior Care and the provider's name is Alicia. It's been about two years and it's one day a week for three hours. The agency itself is very good. They work with me very well. If I need schedule adjustments or if they have schedule adjustments, they always communicate with me and let me know. They match me up very good with the caregiver. I've had two permanent caregivers so far and both were good. One I think is no longer with the company, but the one I have now is awesome. I get housekeeping. I get help with vacuuming my floors, cleaning my bathrooms, making my bed and things like that. No personal care. I think it's a very good company."

She has taught me things about how to care for him, little tricks of the trade, and how to give him a shower. Scheduling has been fine and the billing so far has been what it should be.
