"March 3rd 2020 my husband was transferred to Haven from the hospital. I just wanted him to be comfortable and not feel anymore pain. From the evening he was emitted they were awesome. Every nurse on every shift was just as concerned as the last.. They cared as much as taking his pain away as I did. He lasted until March 6th 2020 and while he stay was short, I can't thanks the staff enough for taking care the same care of him as they would their parents. "The only problem with this agency is the high number of call-ins they have from their CNA's. The caregivers call in too frequently and Interim is not able to provide the same consistent care to elderly people with dementia. The send a different person for every day the regular caregiver is absent. This lack of consistency in care-giving staff has confused my Mom so much that she has needed anti anxiety medication to cope with the parade of different CNA's sent by the agency. "

"I would highly recommend Haven Hospice. It was a VERY beautiful facility for hospice care. It was very well put together, well maintained, and well managed. There were sitting areas in and out. They were also VERY attentive, personable, professional, and caring. There was always someone there or close to being there. If you have questions or concerns, they are met very quickly. I was VERY impressed that just before the holidays a harpist came in. They maintained a very mellow and very comforting environment for the guests. "
