"Recently our mom had a sudden, serious health crisis, and my sister called some companies directly and entered requests for assistance on several web sites. The last request was answered within an hour by the owner of Preferred Care at Home of South Broward. After a lengthy conversation with him, she called to tell me that other companies had immediately volunteered the number of minimum daily hours; in contrast, the owner had asked what was happening with Mom and what kinds of help we needed. She said that he had offered to speak with me whenever I was available to discuss our needs, and she emphasized that she was quite impressed with his level of caring and compassion. My sister wasn’t exaggerating. I cannot express how grateful I am to the owners of Preferred Care at Home of South Broward for their kind, patient, and extraordinary hands-on attention to our late Mama's urgent care. It’s hard for me to wrap my head around how I could have gotten through this very challenging, heartbreaking crisis if they had not been so generous with their time and provided frequent supportive phone calls and on-site assistance. On one Saturday night they even waited with me for four hours for the arrival of the urgent-hospice-care team and the delivery of a hospital bed to our home. When Mom fell and injured herself that evening, they provided gentle, loving assistance. Although she has passed on, it was a blessing that, throughout her short end-of-life transition, our precious Mama was in the caring hands of the owners of Preferred Care at Home of South Broward and valued members of their caregiving staff. If you are searching for professional, committed, compassionate, and responsive caregiving for your loved ones, we highly recommend Preferred Care at Home South Broward."

"Right At Home offers excellent service. Our aid always arrived on time and if needed would stay additional time. She would take the patient to doctors appointments and if he wanted to get out of the house she would takng him in her car . She was a good listener to both the patient and the in house caregiver. She was also good at keeping the patient calm at times the he was agitated. The agency was always available if there were any concerns. I highly recommend Right At Home."

"Mind & Mobility was able to provide home care services for my mother in Miami Beach. I live out of state, so it was very important for me to have an agency I could trust. All their aides drove which was a deal breaker with other agencies I had spoken to. I'm glad I was able to work with them when I did."

"My mother had been getting care from Schwartz Family Home Care for a few weeks back in August. She was in the hospital for a week, and she needed 24-hour care for a few weeks after her hospitalization. They had daytime aides, nighttime aides, and overnight aides, and they were all wonderful. The daytime ones were very warm and friendly and tried to engage her to go to activities, help her exercise, and keep her entertained. The overnight ones were just watching her sleep. The cost was fairly reasonable. The agency was excellent. They stayed in touch with me, and wanted to make sure I was happy with all the different aides. They always had someone on standby in case an aide couldn't make it if they had an emergency, which never happened. They gave me peace of mind. They were definitely on the ball."

"The management and staff at Family Pillars were great. They met with my Mom and me, discussed their services, hours and costs. Tracy (the Head RN) did a great job evaluating Mom's needs, and was onsite when Mom's health deteriorated to discuss care and needs with the in home caregiver. Our time of need for services were short, but the family was very pleased, reassured and comforted by the entire care team."

"I have various procedures to take care of at my hospital. They are outpatient but require a driver and someone to be present. I have used the Right At Home service several times. When I call to set up a date they always answer right away. We discuss details, any special needs, and within a few minutes all the plans are in place. On the day of service they are always on time (actually early), informed, and ready to help. I appreciate Right At Home very much. I have a serious heart condition and they help take any stress and anxiety out of my day when I have to go through some pretty long testing days."
