"The only problem with this agency is the high number of call-ins they have from their CNA's. The caregivers call in too frequently and Interim is not able to provide the same consistent care to elderly people with dementia. The send a different person for every day the regular caregiver is absent. This lack of consistency in care-giving staff has confused my Mom so much that she has needed anti anxiety medication to cope with the parade of different CNA's sent by the agency. "

"We have been with Touching Hearts for over a year now. Christina is always responsive to our needs and issues and I am not always the easiest person to please. Her staff are professional, compassionate and really care about our loved one needs. They certainly do wear the patience pants, A big shout out to our current caregivers, Rhonda, Kia, and Quanisha. "The Champion Home Health Care agency is very nice, and the care they provide for my father is very good. They help him, bathe him, and they do some light cooking and cleaning, so they're basically also helping my mom. They also dress him and put him outside, plus they really talk to them. Just having somebody there to talk to my parents is very good. The communication is very good. Any time something happens, or if they're going to be late, they always call me to tell me way ahead of time. They are very communicative. The VA is carrying all the costs because my father is a veteran. The caregivers are very professional and also really caring."
