The only problem with this agency is the high number of call-ins they have from their CNA's. The caregivers call in too frequently and Interim is not able to provide the same consistent care to elderly people with dementia. The send a different person for every day the regular caregiver is absent. This lack of consistency in care-giving staff has confused my Mom so much that she has needed anti anxiety medication to cope with the parade of different CNA's sent by the agency.
