They tried hard and did a great job matching the caregiver with the family. Caregivers were kind and communicative with the out-of state family members. They always returned my calls or texts. My father had the same caregiver most days. As with all caregiver agencies, they are short staffed at times, and the hours of service would sometimes vary. Communication with the administrative personnel has been very poor. I have not had response from them via email or phone messages after numerous tries over 4 months.
