"We're using Heart of Gold Senior Services right now. They came to do an interview to assess what the needs were. They offer home cleaning services and transportation. They offer quite a few services and they're very personable and easy to get ahold of. I like them. The caregiver is very polite, professional, and friendly. Their scheduling, they don't call at the last minute. It's usually scheduled a week in advance and they call if it's going to be delayed or anything. They also do full house cleaning as well. It's just with a different charge. Value for your money is good. They're responsive."

"I have been at Assisting Hands of Polk County for probably about a month now. They're helping bathe me, I have edema on my legs and they're putting lotion on that, and they help me get my medicine set up. They help me around the house with cleaning, they don't do any deep cleaning, but they do little housework, and if I need help assisting me to cook a meal, they help me. I have one girl that comes in three days a week and she's awesome. She has a great personality. She gets right to work, and she does what she needs to do. She's very pleasant, and her level of skill is very good. Her name is Tana. She's very prompt, and she's right on time. I'll never have to worry whether she's going to show up or not, so I don't have any problems at all with them. I would recommend them to anybody who's looking for someone to come in and help. I'm happy and satisfied with the agency."

Dad was on what they call a telemonitor and they monitored his vital signs daily with a nurse watching 24 hours a day. It was awesome. Let say one of the caregivers has to take a day off or has a rescheduling, they have somebody in place immediately. They are very much on the ball. When their people are hired to come in to stay with the patients for a certain time, they will be with the patients for that time. They are not looking at the clock to try to beat the clock and get off two minutes after they come in. They are very different. One of the things that I could say is that they are very friendly, and they talk to the patient. If a person is not feeling well, they are sometimes disgruntled or complaining. It is really nice to have somebody go up to the patients to ask how to make them feel better or tell little jokes. You can see the person's whole attitude change just based on that little human interaction. You don't see that often. That's all it takes to make a person feel better. They are really good. "

The therapists are very caring people. They also know what they're doing as far as wound care, and that is big. I'm glad I found VitalCaring Group. They're very caring people, very good, and always on call if you need them. They change the bandages. I have five pressure sores/ulcers and they're healing. They've always been accommodating, even when you call, and very caring. They will come out on weekends, too. A lot of places don't come out on weekends. This place does."

"Our first caregiver from We Elderly Care was wonderful. She met all of our qualifications really well, related with my husband well, was really good with him, and she did housekeeping.
