My caretaker from Home Instead is Vanessa. They do what they say they're going to do. They're always available if I need to call and so far, they've done a great job. I have a caretaker several days a week. I tried three others and didn't like them. Vanessa is happy, pleasant, very positive, and a good conversationalist. She meets my family and friends easily. She's helpful in anything I want. She's just a joy to have. Their billing is good. I have no problem with it. I haven't had any problem with the scheduling. Value for money is very good. It's worth what I'm paying. All I have to do is call them, and somebody either answers or responds immediately, and I have no problem with them. They are certainly reputable. I have no complaints.

My mom loves each and every care pro that has been in our house. I especially want to thank .Dawn And Susan.Dawn was in our house for the first time during hurricane Milton. She made sure we were prepared. She made sure that my Mom and the birds were ok. Susan our regular CarePro likes to stay busy. She make sure Mom is good. Then she will see what else needs to be done like dishes, laundry and any house cleaning.

Jeanna and Pauline are my mom's care givers, and both are truly "the hands of God." Not only do they perform their normal tasks, but each lady goes above and beyond to do any chores needed around the house. Following Hurricane Milton, both ladies called separately to check on my mom and each were willing to do whatever she needed. Their loving care has improved her quality of life immensely and provided her with greatly appreciated friendship.

My CarePros are the best. Cynthia and Francesca helped prep for hurricane Milton by making sure the house was secure and that I had food, water and medicine. They kept an eye on the generator to make sure the light was green. Cynthia stayed with me during the hurricane. When I would panic she assured me we were going to be okay. I was glad not to be alone. The next morning Cynthia surveyed for any damage. I even got a call from Mark at the corporate office in NE checking on us. He said he asked Kari what he could do to help and she said help check on our clients and CarePros. I was very impressed. After the storm Cynthia and Francesca raked my driveway and got the bigger branches to the curb. They both go over and beyond every day but especially during hurricane Milton. I am very thankful for my CarePros and the entire staff at the Lakeland office.

We really are blessed by our caregiver, Christina. She is so attentive to my husband and listens to his long stories patiently. She cares for him personally and cooks his favorite breakfast (scrambled eggs and cheese) and fried Spam sandwiches whenever he asks. They work on Jig-saw puzzles together and talk about books they are reading (my husband and I are avid readers).

Help around the house and gets my dad out of the apartment and into the sun and fresh air after he broke his femur. When Deshayla shows up at the door, dad’s face lights up with joy.

I had Home Instead come and do some home health care in my house. They did everything. They did light housekeeping, they did my laundry, they took care of my husband's meals and his medicine and all that kind of stuff. My caregiver was very good. They scheduled everything good. They kept me informed of any changes that had to be made and they billed me twice a month. Sarah was the name of the caregiver.

My husband's caregiver, Deedee, is wonderful. I'm very pleased with Home Instead. I've had them since September when I came home from being very sick and I needed help with my husband and also for myself, but mainly care for him. They've been very helpful and very kind. No matter what I asked them to do, they're very happy to do it and I feel very secure. They're honest, polite, and very giving. I consider her a friend, which I don't say easily because it's not easy to make friends. She is such a lovely lady. She knows exactly that she'll make my husband's lunch for him. She'll clean the table and the counters for me so I don't have to get up and do it. She'll even help me prepare dinner because she leaves at 5:00, but she'll help me get that started. I go out and get the groceries. She brings the groceries in for me. There isn't a thing bad. Everything is wonderful. Home instead is excellent. They always answer my phone calls, and they're always very helpful. One time I was having a little get-together and I didn't want Deedee to come in immediately, so they called her, and it was all settled very easily. I can't say enough about Home Instead. They're always very, very willing, just like the caregiver. She's a very good worker. It's not just that she works well, she's very kind and very loving and that you don't find everywhere.

My aunt is using Home Instead. Anytime I asked for any changes or whatever, they were very willing to accommodate my needs and the needs of my aunt. They take care of her so I can have a break, but they also keep the house and make her meals and stuff like that, so that's also helpful to me. The caregiver, Jane, is very caring and a lovely person. Communication with the agency is absolutely excellent. They bill automatically out of my checking account and everything's automatic. They always have someone available if I have a special need. It used to be Dolores, but she retired. I loved her dearly. Jane is fairly new, but she seems to be fitting in pretty well.

The caregiver from Home Instead is very good. They do good cleaning up the house and taking care of my wife. Mainly, they fix her meals and serve it to her. She doesn't need much other assistance. Billing and scheduling are good. I would recommend them. They're a good company with good people.

My sister is using Home Instead. I feel they do an outstanding job. You can communicate with them at any time. They are very open. Right now, I am using them two days a week for my sister who has memory loss and they take her shopping. They can take her to her doctor's appointments. They are helping her organize, just making sure that she puts her pills in her pill containers, helping her order if she needs more medicine. When it comes to billing, we have automatic withdrawal and it's not a problem. I can call them and they're always willing to help me out if I need extra scheduling. The caregiver, Judy, is outgoing. She is willing to do whatever is needed that's in the scope of what she's supposed to do. She is able to encourage my sister to do some of the things that need to be done that maybe she really doesn't want to do, but she does it in such a nice way that it's working perfectly.

I'm using Home Instead. Dawn does a very good job for my wife, both physically and also mentally. She stimulates her and tries very hard to take care of her. Also, Dawn is very good at doing things here for us, to help us keep a good house and to keep it in good order. She's definitely not lazy. She looks for things to do. We appreciate her. My wife has dementia. She plays games with her. She basically helps her physically as she needs help. She still is able to walk and get around on her own. Anything we need around the house here, Dawn is more than happy to help. I have been with Home Instead for probably four or five years and I've been very happy. They treat me very well, but then I think I try hard to basically work with Home Instead too. I'm very happy with Home Instead and the people. I've learned to know them.

Our caregiver is from Home Instead. She cooks for my father, she helps him, she cleans, and she takes him grocery shopping. She sits and she talks with him. He enjoys her company. He loves her and so do I because I FaceTime them when she's there on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and she's the best. I couldn't ask for a better person. Scheduling is good because if they have scheduling problems, they will contact me via either email or someone will call me. They're very courteous, very understanding, and very professional, so I don't have problems with that. Her name is Betty.

I'm using Home Instead. They are taking care of my mother. One of the ladies has been with my mom for a very long time, and she's done a good job with my mom. It's a good kind of companion, and she keeps her kind of happy in a world where it's hard to be happy. She helps take my mother to doctor and dentist appointments. She's with her when they go. She takes her outside. Their billing is very punctual. I can pay online for my mom. If there are any issues with scheduling other than her normal times, they call me and figure that out. She loves my mom dearly. They get along really, really well and she just makes her smile. Her name is Lynda.

I like Aida very much. She is sweet, friendly, very good, goes above and beyond and will do anything that is asked of them, including Dede. I would recommend DeDe and Aida to everyone. Clients would be safe, secure, happy, and helpful to whomever they are caring for. They are really special and the best part is they always arrive so happy to be here. Grateful for Home Instead Lakeland and being a part of care family.

My husband has been using Home Instead for almost a year and a half now. So far, it's good. It's twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays, from 1:00 to 5:00. Their job is just to sit there and watch him when he goes to the bathroom because he has a walker and I don't want him falling. His leg sometimes shakes. The rest, my husband just sits there in his lazy chair watching TV. Scheduling is good. They've been good to us. When they come check on us, all the ladies from the office are real friendly. Brad is the name of the caregiver.

My wife is using Home Instead. Kayla comes here to take care of her personal needs three days a week. The service is excellent. I cannot say enough for the young woman that comes to the house and takes care of my wife's personal things like that. When she's not taking care of my wife, she's doing things around the house and fixes us lunch every day. Scheduling is fine. They met the timeframe that we needed. The caregiver is a very, very nice person.

My husband is using Home Instead. We have care three times a week for him for about six months now. We like the people they've been sending. They help him with bathing, fix his breakfast, help him get dressed, help him with his exercise and get him anything that he wants. They're here four hours a day. I would rate all of the three ladies a five.

Home Instead has been wonderful to work with. At a time when I didn't know what to do or where to turn they were there for me and my sister and have just been a God send. In particular our caregivers are so helpful. We don't usually need to tell any of them what to do because it's almost second nature to them. But if there is something out of the ordinary that needs to be done we know that all we need to do is ask and they are always willing to help. Our special thanks to Anelisse, Cynthia and Francesca.

Brenda Z has been my caregiver for almost 2 years. I have mobility issues and needed help with shopping, housekeeping and transportation. She has been a godsend for me and helped me get thru the pandemic. She is a very dedicated and caring person, and always puts the client's needs first. I really don't know how I'd survive without her compassionate care. She is an exceptional example of the Home Instead service.

My mom had a virtual meeting schedule. She has dementia. I was unable to be at her home to get her logged on. Her caregiver, Nazarine was on duty until 5:30. Moms appointment was at 6pm. Nazarine and I worked to get everything installed. This caused Nazarine to stay late. I asked her to stay and help mom. I asked her to stay until 5:55pm to get mom signed into meeting. That is going above and beyond. She followed instructions to download app thru staying until just before meeting began. A million thanks to this angel. Nazarine is always on time a dependable for moms appointments. The agency performs regular performance reviews with me and with mom. Just last week I had been unable to reach my mom on her cell phone by calling, texting or facetime. I called the agency to ask them to call caregiver to trouble shoot. Moms phone died and caregiver placed the phone on the charger. Yay. Also just last week caregiver Genesis surprised my mom with a special treat a bear claw from paneras. When I asked about it the caregiver,Genesis, said the client deserved a special treat after having a particularly bad evening the night before. This is why we contracted with Home Instead and their staff! Awesome group.

I want to thank Home Instead for all their help. Everybody from the Caretaker’s to Management have been so helpful, and understanding. I was impressed that during COVID, even though we canceled services at that time, Home Instead continued to call and check on us. I would also like to thank Maxine, for all the time and energy she puts in making my Moms day better. Thank you all.

My Mom and I have had an amazing experience with Home Instead. My Mom's caregiver is literally a life saver and enables her to continue to live at home and provides peace of mind to me as I live out of town. I don't know what we would do without her. Home Instead staff make the process easy and everyone is a joy to work with. I would highly recommend.

Home Instead has been a blessing to my family. The caretaker is always on time, personable, and gears conversation toward the client's most liked topics. During a time when extra time was needed for my husband's care, I called the agency and told them what I needed. They immediately confirmed my additional days and everything was taken care of promptly. The staff is caring, capable, and offers a big relief when you need respite care like we needed. They are professionals, and provide several levels of care, depending on your needs. Home Instead has been awesome, thank you.

The Home Instead staff in Lakeland, FL were a Godsend when My husband & I needed assistance with my father-in-law. When we realized we couldn’t do it all on our own we couldn’t have asked for a more professional, personable & caring staff. Not only was their assistance invaluable to us but we learned a lot about how we could better take care of & understand what he was going through at the time. And when it became necessary for hospice care they were there too offering us a break in the evenings.

I contacted Home Instead in Lakeland when we were looking at options for my mom after she was discharged from rehab. Ultimately we determined that Mom needed assisted living. Even though home care didn’t work out, Temi was a wonderful resource. She gave me a lot of information and support. Of the many MANY people I talked to, she really was the most helpful to me personally. I am so grateful.

On searching for an in-home care for my wife, I had it down to two different ones and Home Instead seemed to be better qualified as far as I was concerned for what I wanted, that's how we ended up with them. They seemed to be more caring than the other one was. I have been using them for four years now. They came out and interviewed me and within that first week almost immediately, I had a CNA out here. Unfortunately, she left because she got a job in the hospital. She was hoping she could do both because she liked working with my wife and I enjoyed her too, but unfortunately we had to let her go. After her, we had one or two people that weren't satisfactory and we told the agency about them and lately I haven't seen them working around anymore, so the agency seemed to take what you say literally and go and do something about it. The current caregivers we have now would come three days a week and all they do is just get her up in the morning, wash her and get her dressed.
