I have been at Assisting Hands of Polk County for probably about a month now. They're helping bathe me, I have edema on my legs and they're putting lotion on that, and they help me get my medicine set up. They help me around the house with cleaning, they don't do any deep cleaning, but they do little housework, and if I need help assisting me to cook a meal, they help me. I have one girl that comes in three days a week and she's awesome. She has a great personality. She gets right to work, and she does what she needs to do. She's very pleasant, and her level of skill is very good. Her name is Tana. She's very prompt, and she's right on time. I'll never have to worry whether she's going to show up or not, so I don't have any problems at all with them. I would recommend them to anybody who's looking for someone to come in and help. I'm happy and satisfied with the agency.
