"I have Home Instead Clermont, FL for my mom. They are preparing meals and doing laundry and stuff like that. They provide excellent service. They show up on time. My mother has Alzheimer's, so she can be difficult, but they're very kind and patient with her. Sometimes they can talk her into taking a shower when I can't talk her into doing anything. I can't say enough good things about them. They're a great agency from what we have seen. They're excellent at communication. The caregivers themselves will talk about any problem we're having. "We are able to keep Mom at home and get a home health care from Partners in HealthCare for her. That's been working out very well so far. "Kelly from Right at Home comes in and she does an awesome job in terms of taking care of my husband and goes above anything I asked her to do as a job, for cleaning or whatever. Last Thursday I fell and I wasn't home. Kelly was here and when I got in the house, she took one look at me, plopped me on the couch, called 911, and called Right at Home. I went to the hospital and Right at Home had somebody covering from that moment on, which was about 3:30 and Kelly was to leave at 4:00 and she stayed until 5:00 until the next coverage came in. I had coverage until the following 2:00 the next day. They had it all set up. It just ran so smoothly. I didn't have to do or even think about it and my husband was taken care of the entire time. That's one big worry I never even had to think about. They just jumped right in and not only that, Right at Home called my son. They did all the little points that I obviously wasn't thinking about. That was Kelly's third day. We had just gotten started with it and Kelly was my only one up until then. She's been here three times. They come in twice a week for six hours each day. They take care of my husband, which is the primary care and will do any kind of light cleaning chores that I ask for and fix his meals. Kelly comes in and I tell her maybe just dust or something or whatever and I leave and she takes care of my husband. She's just been awesome."
