"I was in Astoria for rehabilitation after total knee surgery. The staff there are fantastic! Threapy Department was great both for PT and OT. Activity Department, Marcy and her staff, Angie etc were great and made sure there were daily activities, outings and movies planned for every day of the week. They catered to all needs and abilities! Nurses and CNA"s made you feel at home and really cared about us and helped with any problems we were having! Love them all! I was there for a month and leaving was hard as I made so many great friends, both staff and residents! Never have I felt so welcomed and cared for as I did while there! Nancy at the gift shop aka the surf shop greeted you with a loving smile making you feel like family! Would highly recommend Astoria to all who need rehabilitation or who are looking for assisted living. I really loved it there and loved the way all the staff was so helpful in aiding in any way possible! Astoria is #1 in my book!!!"

"I did go to Bellatage Assisted Living. I didn’t pursue it. My friend was there, and she was bored out of her mind that she wanted to go home. They didn’t have enough activities. I know they have a movie theater, but she was still determined to go home. The room was very nice. It was very nice and meticulously clean, but she wouldn’t stay there. They have a group lunchroom and a movie theater, but she was bored out of her mind. My friend did not like that place at all, even though it was meticulously clean, and they have updated appliances, which was very nice. "

"I felt that the staff was very attentive and that they assisted the residence promptly. All the residence looked happy and were enjoying themselves. they have a hair and nail salon on the property , a community dinning room and a social room for games and activities.The staff try to do at least two activities with the residence a month such as ice cream socials and game nights or bingo( which the residence love).During my visit the actual doctor came in and seeing the patients and they were just as friendly as the nurses and the aid there . They also have a full service area for physical therapy. They facility is well up to date and very well staffed . i was a little hesitant of my family being in an assisted living/ nursing home facility due to hearing so much bad about them but this one is very good. "

"Palm Garden was a very clean, nice facility, and it was nicely decorated. The rooms were plain, mom shared a room, and they only have a toilet, sink, and bathroom. They have no paintings on the wall, they had 2 TVs, and a clock in all the rooms. It’s kept really clean, the rehab side is all updated and new, but the long term side is a work in progress. They’re trying to get all the rooms redone. They have bingo, coffee and news every morning, and they have activities, like putting puzzles together, or a speaker would come in, and they also have movie day. There’s always something to keep them occupied. The staff is good. It's covered by insurance."

"My father is at Keystone Rehabilitation and Health Center for 3 months now. I have no complaints at this time, and I go there every day. It’s very nice and very clean. Everybody is great. They take good care of him, and if something happens they tell me right away. Everything they need, they have it there. They have an activity room, rehab for therapies, and a lunch room. They have movies, play bingo, and bring in music and singing. My father’s room looks like that of a hospital, but it’s nice and clean. He is diabetic, and they give him good and healthy food for his condition. Everybody seemed happy, and my father says he likes it there. I would recommend this to others. "

"I liked the staff best at Consulate Healthcare. They were very nice and seemed to listen or pay attention to the residents. The residents seemed satisfied with the homey setting. They also go out on a little patio and play games. The rooms were nicely kept. However, they might be a little bit larger. "

"I went to the Palm at Park Place after my knee replacement. The staff was wonderful, the physical therapy was exactly what I needed. It was clean, the food was pretty good. Certainly not a diet for a diabetic, but the flavor was good. They responded very quickly when I buzzed them. Only a couple of time was there a problem with getting my meds. I intend to go back here when I do my second knee. "

"I wish to extend my gratitude to everyone at Hunters Creek Nursing & Rehab Center in Orlando, Florida for maintaining such a wonderful environment for my mother. Everyone has been wonderful in providing great assistance for the transition to the facility and supporting all our process and document needs. They have been readily available for all questions we have and the updates on my mother’s health have been exemplary. I have been working with a relative, who is a retired Head Nurse, County Nurse along with being a seasoned Professor of Nursing. My assessment of services provided has been a cumulative group assessment, which exceeds all expectations. We are very grateful for the Pandemic rules that are being enforced for the best care possible. We call my mother frequently and discuss with the nursing staff directly on a very regular basis. We are contacted of all significant changes in health and wellbeing immediately and the plan for resolutions, with consistent status updates throughout the process."

"My relative entered The Terrace of St. Cloud in 2006The facility is always clean & well kept. The entire staff is professional, informative, caring & always answers all questions asked about my relative's care. Since my relative can no longer do anything for their self, the staff tends to all her needs & does them well. I feel this is a wonderful place & even though I could move my relative to a facility closer to me & start all over with her care, I won't as I have gotten to know this facility & most of the care givers here & I do recommend the Terrace of St. Cloud!"

"Plantation Bay Rehabilitation Center is fine. It's beautiful, nice and clean, spotless, and has good meals. For the most part, my mother is happy there. I think the staff is very attentive and they have tons of activities they do. They have bingo and music for them, all kinds of activities that they can do, bowling, everything and anything you can think of. They have a good directory person. The facility is very modern and bright. My mother says the food is pretty good and she's quite the critic, so it's got to be good. They have a balanced diet, and if it's something they don't like, they always have something else that they give them. The fact that they take Medicaid in full is a good thing."

Therapy staff is amazing nursing staff is attentive to the residents and their needs Social services always available and goes above and beyond to help the residents with there needs"

"Grace Healthcare of Lake Wales was an older building, but it was the care that they gave to my mom that mattered to me. When she put her light on, there was somebody within a couple of minutes. When she needed something, they immediately tried to find someone who could help her. And they let us know about it. We ate there with her, and the food was very good; I would not mind eating it. As long as you did not have someone very picky, it was good food. She was doing marvelously, and was contented and happy there. "
