Nursing Home Communities in Saint Cloud, FL

"When I visited these facilities they seemed clean but the overall health inspection that I performed so that my grandparents could stay there was not up to par. It seemed very old and not up-to standards with the ways of today's society. On the upside the staff was very friendly the RN's were on point and very helpful. One of the things that interested me the most was the fact they have seven distinct communities all different and bring a new sense of personality to the nursing homes. Another important thing was they accepted most health insurance because in today's economy not a lot of people can afford the high rates of over 7000 per month to live in a society of other people of who they can relate to on an everyday basis. In Conclusion this would be a decent place to stay but of course you can always be on the lookout for something better. But this would be on my top 5 choices, but of course at the bottom of those five. "

"I recently visited this location because my brother is currently there getting therapy after having a massive stroke . At first we were a little hesitant because the place hasn’t been renovated so it’s some what outdated. BUT the care my brother has received has been exceptional every one has played a part in his recovery they are caring with all the residents they are dancing and clapping with them bringing a smile to their face they also play music and have the place lively . The residents are smiling and waiving "

"My mother was at this center for 5 months until her final encounter with God last November 18, 2018. She received the best care from the wonderful staff of this facility. Every member of this staff can go the extra mile to serve anyone and for my family they are angels around all seniors under their care. I believe this special staff was trained to serve with love and this sentiment is contagious and came from God. God bless always this excellent senior center."

"I wish to extend my gratitude to everyone at Hunters Creek Nursing & Rehab Center in Orlando, Florida for maintaining such a wonderful environment for my mother. Everyone has been wonderful in providing great assistance for the transition to the facility and supporting all our process and document needs. They have been readily available for all questions we have and the updates on my mother’s health have been exemplary. I have been working with a relative, who is a retired Head Nurse, County Nurse along with being a seasoned Professor of Nursing. My assessment of services provided has been a cumulative group assessment, which exceeds all expectations. We are very grateful for the Pandemic rules that are being enforced for the best care possible. We call my mother frequently and discuss with the nursing staff directly on a very regular basis. We are contacted of all significant changes in health and wellbeing immediately and the plan for resolutions, with consistent status updates throughout the process."

"My cousin has been here since December after having had a horrible experience at another facility and being new to the city. They've earned my trust and confidence. As with any new relationship - of course, it takes work, on both parts but I can honestly say that the staff at Crossroads are professional, courteous and I believe they have the residents best interests at heart. They provide activities to stimulate the patients and keep them engaged. The facility is kept cleaned and is well maintained. The social worker works hard to satisfy the needs of each individual family's requests and that is a difficult tasks because it is hard to please everyone. The office/front desk personnel are very pleasant and friendly. I feel that they work as a team here and that is what counts."

"My mother has been here for years. All of the staff from front door to nurses station are very nice and concerned for their patients. Being at this stage of life is hard enough but all staff is so very sweet to my sometimes not so sweet mother. They have always been so. I don't see or experience the negativity in other reviews. These people, especially the nursing staff are angels to me. "

" Words can not express how much I appreciate everything the caregivers and staff did for my mom. When we heard she had the coronavirus, we thought the worst. We did not want her to go to a nursing home because of everything we have heard, but the people at Conway Lakes put us at ease and took amazing care of her. I can not begin to explain how impressed my family was with the compassion and care shown to our mom. She received therapy while on the covid unit and when she was ready to come home, she was doing more than when she went in! If I could rate this place a 10 I would. If any of my friends had to send a family member to a nursing home, I would recommend Conway Lakes!"

"I have been to different Rehab facilities with my Aunt that passed away Dec. 17th of last year and this one Solaris is by far the cleanest and nicest employees and every time I walk in the front door and walking down the hall ways, it smells very nice, never a bad odor, that says alot because other places have a bad odor..I would recommend this nursing care facility to anyone. ♥️🤗"

"My grandma stayed at this amazing facility. The first thing I noticed was how beautifully decorated it was. I also noticed that it smelled good, like fresh lemon. The staff is very attentive and the administrator, Matt, is outstanding. Always answering phone calls and very attentive to everyone in the building. Grandma stayed in a beautiful room overlooking the garden. She kept commenting on how delicious the food was! A wonderful place, the only rehab facility I’d send my family. "

"Westminster Communities of Florida is wonderful. I just met with a gentleman from the welcoming committee. The dining room is similar to a luxury cruise ship. The services and amenities are first-rate. I have been an institutional administrator myself, so I know first-rate. They have music performances, movies, and dance performances and offer all kinds of programs. There's no way I can attend everything. I am in an extremely luxurious one-bedroom overlooking downtown Orlando. "

"We had my mother at East Orlando Health and Rehab. It's a skilled nursing facility. The staff is wonderful and she gets the attention that she needs. They are very, very compassionate. The facility is very clean and they are in the process of renovating the place. They have nice grounds and when the residents want to go out, they have a nice place to sit. They have physical and occupational therapy. They have all kinds of activities. They have social services. They have podiatrists and doctors there. My mother complains about the food, but I know its institutional food. Overall, we have no complaints. "

"very clean and the staff is nice and attentive most times. PT is lacking and none on weekends. Have only seen OT twice in 4 months. Food has no taste and no matter how nice the dining room is the food is bland. Would like to see more staff interaction especially with nurse. Nurse asst. are hurried but helpful. Had to remind staff that patient only has use of one side and needs help cutting food and opening containers. "
