I went to the Palm at Park Place after my knee replacement. The staff was wonderful, the physical therapy was exactly what I needed. It was clean, the food was pretty good. Certainly not a diet for a diabetic, but the flavor was good. They responded very quickly when I buzzed them. Only a couple of time was there a problem with getting my meds. I intend to go back here when I do my second knee.

My mother went to Terrace of Kissimmee and stood there for 2 years, the worse 2 years of my life. and this place don't care about the patients and their staff. The staff and so over worked that the quality of care is not good. the place smells like urine and poop every day when you pass by the rooms. My mom was left in her wheelchair for hours before they changed her pamper her cloths would smell like urine and poop everywhere because I would pick her cloths up weekly. Admin acts like they don't really care about what we got to say because nothing was done. My mom was always drug up with meds. If I can give a 0 I would. Don't take your loved one here. Social workers there don't give a Damm neither..

Terrace of Kissimmee is such a horrible place for anyone to go for rehab. My dad was there for about two months and there were plenty of things to be concerned about. Once we went to visit him and he was filthy, even had hardened feces left on his legs. We had to demand that he needed to be cleaned. Many times we found him in the hallway in a wheel chair or just laying in bed, without really receiving his services that he was sent for. His personal items kept going missing and he wasn’t eating very well. He then contracted covid under their care. The most concerning part of his stay was the neglect that was visible, not just with him but with others as well. That neglect led to him being sent to the hospital because he had a fever and was not getting better. Turns out he has sepsis and had a stage 4 wound! That is the worse type of wound you can have, and can form when basic needs are not being met when taking care of the elderly. My dad has been fighting for his life since. The infection made it to his blood stream and his bones, nearly costing him his life. He is still not out of the woods yet, as I am currently writing this while in the ICU. I do NOT recommend Terrace of Kissimmee for any loved ones who need recovery.

If we could give zero (or better yet, negative) stars, we would. Writing this review while sitting in the ICU, where our family has been for the past week, praying for our loved one. He was sent here after being at the Terrace for two months. While there, he developed a stage 4 pressure wound. He never had this before being admitted to the Terrace. Stage 4 is the worst stage it could possibly be. The wound somehow had been overlooked for so long by the facility staff that it proceeded to get infected, kill the skin on and around it, and created such a deep wound that the infection reached the bone and made its way into his blood. To someone who is poop our family members age and condition, this type of wound can be literally life or death. I would attach pictures of the wound but I’ll spare you the gruesome image. Allowing the wound to reach this stage could only happen with complete neglect and incompetence of the staff at the Terrace. It shows an utter disregard for what one would assume to be the most BASIC of care measures taken at this type of facility. Our family is now anxiously waiting to see what the next couple of days hold for our family member’s health and life and we hold the Terrace firmly responsible for his current debilitated condition. If you truly want your loved ones to recover, be taken care of and be treated with respect do NOT look to the Terrace for this type of care.

My friend is staying in The Terrace Of Kissimmee. It is not all that nice. They lose everything in there. Like I took him some clothes there, and he didn't get them until three days later. I couldn't find some of his stuff either. It's really terrible. Food is not too good. They really do not have much for them to do. They are parked outside in the middle of the building, and they don't do anything with them. They just do therapy and that is it. I think the Medicaid is paying for that, but it is not too good of a place.

The first nursing home I visited was The Palms in Kissimmee. It's pretty small and they only have 50 beds with small numbers of staff. They don't have that much help and that's what most nursing homes are in lack of, help. They keep the place clean and professional but it's just small. They were kind enough so show me around and they gave me literature but this nursing home is my third choice.
