Covit-19. For the month of July 2020. There closed the only glass door to visit! I don't see any harm at all.... Now, you can't visit!! Hard to get someone in the phone 45 minutes or the phone gets cut off.. I been waiting for two weeks for administrative to called me back with the statues?Very disappointing 😕

This place is beyond horrible. I once timed the call lights to see how long they took to come and it was 45 minutes from the time I pushed it till someone came in. The food is HORRIBLE. It looks like slop and tastes just as bad. The housekeeping is non-exsitant- they are there but they don't keep anything clean at all. The halls stink of urince and feces. The CNA's let people go around with food on their clothes all day and not change them. The COIVD has really made these matters worse since family can't come in and see their family members. This is the WORST place I have ever been and I will NOT ever go back. I would not send my worst enemy to this place. Please do your loved ones a favor and look at other facilities as this one should be shut down for not meeting the bare and basic needs of the peopel in there.

The worst place I’ve seen. The food is awful and if you turn you light on for help you could wait for hours. At night the CNAs go to the dining room and stay there. Lights were on all up and down the halls with people needing help. I honestly don’t know how they keep their license.

The staff at Winter Haven Health & Rehabilitation Center is very nice, but the place is very old, it smells, and it would not be my first choice for anything. Dad's room is old, the ceiling needs to be painted, the sink drain is blocked up, and the tiles are very old, but they try to keep it clean because housekeeping comes every day. They have a small activities room and a nice rehab center.
