I have visited this facility on several different occasions and have always found the staff to be very professional and helpful to the patients. There is a family atmosphere in the building and the patients seem happy and involved, whether it be in therapy or one of the many activity programs. Also, the facility seems well maintained and clean.

Facility needs work inside but family member had a not so wonderful time with her roommate but finally after 4 days she was moved to another room. But thanks to Wilene the D. O.A she seemed to get my frustration with the situation and handled it beautifully.. Thank you Wilene!

My father is at Haines City Health Care. Somebody referred him there. They're taking wonderful care of him. I'm very pleased with the care of this facility. His room is very clean. It is very well maintained. I have no complaints about this facility. I have no complaints with the food; they feed him very well. I would recommend this nursing home to others. They're very good.
