My mother is using Golden Heart for probably a little more than two months now. It has been a great experience. I live in Pennsylvania and she lives in Florida, so it is very stressful with her being far away; however, they have been great. They help her in many ways. Everyone from the owner to the supervisor to the young women who provide direct care, they have been really incredible. I would highly recommend them. They are really amazing people and I can't say enough good things about them. If I haven't had them, I don't know what we would have done. They are truly just wonderful people and very caring. They were closing the airport and I had to make the decision quickly. Then they came out and the main person who worked with my mother was very sweet and she just started talking to her. My mother can't say enough good things about the two young women who came to provide her with care. They're just truly wonderful people. I had to leave my mother in their hand. They stayed in touch; they were just wonderful people. It has been nothing but a good experience.

I decided to use this agency after recommendations from friends and after meeting with the owner. Being a doctor myself, I felt at ease knowing that the owner had a medical background. His compassion and medical knowledge is what impressed me the most. I am glad to know that the caretakers know what they are doing. Something else that I really was surprised at was the fact that one of the caretakers even stayed with my mom in the hospital when I was unable to. I would recommend this agency to anyone. You will not regret it!

The Caregiver, that Golden Heart Clermont Sent, takes care of my mom which is the most important thing. She also helps me change the bed, drives us to run errands and always does what we ask. My mom loves having her around. The management staff are very kind as well! Thank you Golden Heart Clermont
