I have Home Instead Clermont, FL for my mom. They are preparing meals and doing laundry and stuff like that. They provide excellent service. They show up on time. My mother has Alzheimer's, so she can be difficult, but they're very kind and patient with her. Sometimes they can talk her into taking a shower when I can't talk her into doing anything. I can't say enough good things about them. They're a great agency from what we have seen. They're excellent at communication. The caregivers themselves will talk about any problem we're having. Anything that I need them to do, they are always happy to do it. I can call the agency anytime and get somebody. If we would like to change a shift or something like that, they've always just been great. They're very flexible, which is one thing I like. They exercise with my mother, they take her for walks, they take her for drives, they take her to the store, they take her to Wendy's, they color, and they do puzzles. They watch TV with her if she wants to watch TV. They've done arts and crafts with her.
