They meet my needs 100%, from what I need around the house, even if it doesn't fit their particular jobs. She goes out of her way; she cooks and makes my favorite meals, and she cleans up after my dog.

Caregiver Training and Care Supervision

We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. It's not helping us, as I have to keep telling the caregivers what to do. They don't take control, and I need him to get stronger, not weaker. I'm disappointed at the fact that he isn't getting the services he needs, like them going to doctor appointments with him.

I don't know how I did anything without them. On the weekends, I just wait 'til she gets here on Monday. The caregiver is very smart. She helps me with my mail.

The caregivers are extremely hard workers. I'm in a wheelchair and can't walk. The caregivers help out cooks my lunch. They're very attentive to your needs if your girl calls out. They send another girl who does the same quality of service. They've been friendly, helpful, and sensitive.
