Best of Home Care® Awards by Activated Insights

The Best of Home Care® awards are based on the results of home care agency client satisfaction interviews conducted by Activated Insights (formerly Home Care Pulse) about the services of home care agencies. It’s an annual, national recognition that agencies earn by: 

• Participating in satisfaction surveys program for required timeframe of each award;
• Meeting satisfaction scoring requirements for each award; and
• Having low participation percentages for Do Not Call lists.

There are three award categories featured on Caring.com as follows …

• Best of Home Care® – Leader in Experience: This is the highest achievement a home care agency can receive from Activated Insights. It demonstrates best-in-class ratings, and agencies must also earn the other awards to be recognized at this level.
• Best of Home Care® – Provider of Choice: This award signifies high client satisfaction, and winners must outperform other agencies in their area.
• Best of Home Care® – Employer of Choice award: Agencies that have earned this annual award have high caregiver-employee satisfaction based on employee interviews.

You’ll also see on some agencies’ Caring.com profiles the Trusted Provider™ badge. That means that the home care agency is enrolled in Activated Insights’ Satisfaction Management Program and is participating in the reviews integration with Caring.com, which showcases agency client feedback via online reviews.
