My mother is the client. But I'm her POA. No calls no shows numerous times Unable to schedule anything because this agency never shows up when they are supposed to. The people they send are great. But that's only when they show up. Never have seen a company so un organized. Many seniors and others who need this assistance. I wonder how many are hot actually getting what they are supposed to.

Utopia Home Care is by far the worst, poorly organized care with the worst caregivers that I have seen in my life. They are absolutely the worst. I don't know anybody who has ever had anything pleasant to say about them. They are horrible, and they acted like they didn't want to stay. They would come in and would try to leave as quickly as possible without having to stay the full time they were paid for. They were totally unprofessional. They provide personal care, housekeeping, and respite care. It was horrible, and there is nothing positive I could say about their scheduling, timekeeping, or anything about their management. In fact, I don't even know why they have a license.
